【摘要】:私人銀行在中國屬于新生事物,它的出現是與中國加入世貿組織相伴而生的,并隨國內富裕人群快速增長而不斷壯大發(fā)展。這些通過艱苦創(chuàng)業(yè)而成功的頂級富裕人群,他們對財富的渴望和需求遠遠超越了簡單的投資、稅務和遺產規(guī)劃。他們需要放眼全球市場,創(chuàng)造多元化的投資組合,尤其是在私人銀行業(yè)務方面的需求日益增加。據統(tǒng)計,自2007年A銀行分別在北京朝陽和上海浦東正式設立A銀行私人銀行部,成為國內首家發(fā)展私人銀行業(yè)務的本土銀行后,經過7年的發(fā)展,A銀行私人銀行的數量發(fā)展到今天全國有25家分部。他們?yōu)楦挥腥巳禾峁┏齻鹘y(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行服務之外的投資銀行、保險定制、股權投資、金融租賃等服務,在全球范圍內搜尋產品,甚至量身定制,滿足客戶日益多元的需求,同時也逐步向全球私人銀行服務水平看齊,開始提供更為高端、奢華的服務和產品。 近年來,隨著廣西經濟的日益增長以及財富客戶資產的日益累積,廣西的私人銀行也進入了一個新的發(fā)展階段。它肩負著三個使命:首先是幫助客戶財富保值,確保跑贏CPI;其次是幫助客戶賺更多的錢,實現財富增值;最后是幫助客戶享受生活。在此發(fā)展定位的前提下,本文選取A銀行私人銀行部作為研究對象,研究區(qū)域特色的私人銀行業(yè)務發(fā)展,同時以產品和服務為中心,將私人銀行服務與產品研究相結合,借鑒國外私人銀行經驗,研究出適應廣西私人銀行發(fā)展的具體措施。 本文第1章導論對論文做整體介紹。第2章通過文獻資料法對私人銀行概念和特點進行詳細闡述,由此引入私人銀行的定義、服務對象及與其他金融服務不同的特質。第3章通過比較研究和實證研究法對A銀行私人銀行業(yè)務發(fā)展的現狀及由此產生的問題做深入剖析。第4章通過比較研究法分析闡述了美國、瑞士、新加坡等國家私人銀行業(yè)務發(fā)展的現狀及帶來的啟示。第5章在第3章的分析基礎上提出A銀行私人銀行發(fā)展中應采取的對策和具體措施。
[Abstract]:Private banking is a new thing in China. Its emergence is accompanied by China's accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO) and has grown rapidly with the rapid growth of the rich population in China. These top wealthy people who succeed through hard work have a desire and demand for wealth that goes far beyond simple investment, taxation, and estate planning. They need to look to global markets and create diversified portfolios, especially in private banking. According to statistics, since 2007, Bank A has officially established the A Bank Private Banking Department in Chaoyang, Beijing, and Pudong, Shanghai, becoming the first local bank in China to develop its private banking business. After seven years of development, the number of private banks has grown to 25 branches across the country. They provide investment banking, insurance customization, equity investment, financial leasing and other services to the rich people in addition to traditional commercial banking services, searching for products around the world and even tailoring them to meet the increasingly diverse needs of their customers. At the same time, the level of private banking services to the global level, began to provide more high-end, luxury services and products. In recent years, with the increasing growth of Guangxi economy and the accumulation of wealth customer assets, Guangxi private banks have entered a new stage of development. It has three missions: first, to help customers maintain wealth, to ensure that they outperform CPI; secondly, to help customers make more money and achieve wealth appreciation; and finally, to help clients enjoy life. On the premise of this development orientation, this paper selects the private banking department of Bank A as the research object, studies the development of private banking business with regional characteristics, and combines the private banking service with the product research, taking the product and service as the center at the same time. Drawing on the experience of foreign private banks, this paper studies the specific measures to adapt to the development of Guangxi private banks. Chapter 1 introduces the whole thesis. In chapter 2, the concept and characteristics of private bank are explained in detail by the method of literature, and the definition of private bank, the object of service and the characteristics different from other financial services are introduced. Chapter 3 makes a deep analysis of the current situation and problems arising from the development of the private banking business of Bank A by means of comparative and empirical research. Chapter 4 analyzes the development of private banking in America, Switzerland, Singapore and other countries by means of comparative research. On the basis of the analysis of Chapter 3, Chapter 5 puts forward the countermeasures and concrete measures to be taken in the development of Bank A Private Bank.
