【摘要】:2013年6月17日,阿里巴巴借助其旗下第三方支付平臺(tái)支付寶,成功推出了余額寶這一具有跨時(shí)代意義的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融理財(cái)產(chǎn)品。它將電子產(chǎn)品與貨幣基金進(jìn)行組合,使得它具有銀行,傳統(tǒng)基金產(chǎn)品及其他理財(cái)產(chǎn)品所不具有的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。它便捷,新穎,收益高且直觀,操作簡單,T+0提現(xiàn)模式更便于資金周轉(zhuǎn),此產(chǎn)品一經(jīng)推出,受到了廣大年輕用戶的喜愛。截至2013年12月31日,余額寶客戶數(shù)已達(dá)到4303萬人,,規(guī)模1853億元,戶均持有額已達(dá)到4307元。而推出這一互聯(lián)網(wǎng)理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的巨大成功不僅成就了阿里巴巴集團(tuán)和原先名不見經(jīng)傳的天弘基金,還在中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)浪潮中掀起了不小的風(fēng)波。對(duì)銀行,基金公司等傳統(tǒng)金融行業(yè)造成了不小的影響。但是,作為一種全新的,在國內(nèi)前所未見的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)理財(cái)產(chǎn)品,他的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)一定是存在的,而現(xiàn)階段,大多數(shù)用戶對(duì)于余額寶的追捧是基于對(duì)支付寶的信任,他們其中的大部分對(duì)余額寶存在的各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并不了解。因此,本文依據(jù)文獻(xiàn)查閱法及資料分析法、案例分析法、比較分析法及現(xiàn)狀分析和前瞻性分析相結(jié)合的研究方法。從根本入手,深入剖析余額寶的本質(zhì),并結(jié)合現(xiàn)階段不斷更新的余額寶的運(yùn)行情況和數(shù)據(jù),全面分析余額寶對(duì)其他相關(guān)因素,包括商業(yè)銀行、基金公司、支付寶及淘寶網(wǎng)、騰訊微信、其他金融理財(cái)產(chǎn)品及監(jiān)管部門的相互影響。并且對(duì)美國PayPal貨幣基金,這一與余額寶相同的美國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)理財(cái)產(chǎn)品經(jīng)歷10年輝煌,最終由于美國政策性變革,導(dǎo)致PayPal貨幣基金以清盤告終的經(jīng)歷進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析,通過這一典型案例,以及對(duì)余額寶本質(zhì)的了解及經(jīng)濟(jì)大環(huán)境的研究,對(duì)余額寶現(xiàn)已存在或潛在的各方面風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及形成原因進(jìn)行分析。包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)導(dǎo)致的技術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、余額寶業(yè)務(wù)特征導(dǎo)致的業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等,并根據(jù)其種類,形成原因,出現(xiàn)的可能性和影響經(jīng)濟(jì)的程度提出相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范與治理措施。其中包括互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)和技術(shù)的提高,我國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融監(jiān)管部門對(duì)于其法律體系的建設(shè)和規(guī)范,個(gè)人信用及社會(huì)信用體系的建設(shè)等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行探討和完善。
[Abstract]:On June 17, 2013, Alibaba successfully launched Yu'e Bao, a cross-era Internet financial management product, with the help of its third-party payment platform Alipay. It combines electronic products with money funds, giving it advantages that banks, traditional fund products and other wealth management products do not. It is convenient, novel, high income and intuitive, easy to operate T0 cash flow, this product once introduced, by the majority of young users like. As of December 31, 2013, the number of Yu'e Bao customers has reached 43.03 million, the scale of 185.3 billion yuan, the average household holding has reached 4307 yuan. The huge success of the Internet wealth management product has not only made Alibaba Group and the previously unknown Tianhong Fund, but also set off a big storm in China's economic wave. To the bank, fund company and other traditional financial industry has caused no small impact. However, as a brand new Internet wealth management product that has never been seen before in China, its risks must exist. At this stage, most users' pursuit of Yu'e Bao is based on their trust in Alipay. Most of them do not understand the risks of Yu'e Bao. Therefore, according to literature review and data analysis, case analysis, comparative analysis and current situation analysis and prospective analysis combined research methods. From the fundamental point of view, the essence of Yu'e Bao is deeply analyzed, and combined with the operation and data of Yu'e Bao, which is constantly updated at this stage, the comprehensive analysis of Yu'e Bao's impact on other relevant factors, including commercial banks, fund companies, Alipay and Taobao, Tencent WeChat, other financial and financial products and regulatory interaction. And the US PayPal Monetary Fund, a US Internet wealth management product similar to Yu'e Bao, experienced a resplendent period of 10 years. Finally, as a result of the policy changes in the United States, the US PayPal Monetary Fund ended in liquidation with a risk analysis. Through this typical case, as well as the understanding of the essence of Yu'e Bao and the study of the economic environment, this paper analyzes the existing or potential risks of Yu'e Bao and the reasons for its formation. It includes the technical risk caused by network information technology and the business risk caused by Yu'e Bao's business characteristics, and puts forward corresponding risk prevention and management measures according to its type, forming reason, possibility of appearing and degree of affecting economy. It includes the infrastructure construction and technical improvement of the Internet technology system, the construction and standardization of its legal system, the construction of personal credit and social credit system and so on.
