【摘要】：我國村鎮(zhèn)銀行，從無到有，經(jīng)歷了整整七年，對我國農(nóng)村新型金融體系的完善、農(nóng)村金融服務(wù)水平與質(zhì)量的提高、農(nóng)村金融環(huán)境的改善做出了重大貢獻。但是我國村鎮(zhèn)銀行整體發(fā)展不均衡，有部分村鎮(zhèn)銀行仍然存在管理不完善、內(nèi)控不嚴密、風(fēng)控水平較低、服務(wù)偏離支農(nóng)方向等問題，總的來說，我國村鎮(zhèn)銀行可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力有待提高。而廣州市村鎮(zhèn)銀行作為廣州市農(nóng)村金融的新生力量，面對發(fā)展歷程短、同業(yè)競爭激烈的情況下，如何在廣州市自身良好的金融平臺，借著國家政策的東風(fēng)，探索出一條具有廣州特色的村鎮(zhèn)銀行發(fā)展模式是一個值得思考的問題。 針對廣州市村鎮(zhèn)銀行發(fā)展的情況，本文深入探討和分析廣州市村鎮(zhèn)銀行發(fā)展的總體狀況、體制狀況、發(fā)起狀況以及行別狀況。首先運用SWOT分析方法，分別對廣州市村鎮(zhèn)銀行的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇、挑戰(zhàn)進行分析，并相應(yīng)地做出矩陣分析。接著通過國內(nèi)外村鎮(zhèn)銀行的運行模式、經(jīng)營特點、發(fā)展策略比較分析，，得出基本經(jīng)驗與啟示。最后從政府、銀行、客戶、社會四個層面，提出促進廣州市村鎮(zhèn)銀行可持續(xù)發(fā)展的對策建議。 本文對廣州市村鎮(zhèn)銀行發(fā)展有較強的理論指導(dǎo)性和實際促進作用，同時對于廣州市農(nóng)村金融市場的優(yōu)化、城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟和諧發(fā)展也具有重要的現(xiàn)實作用。
[Abstract]:The village banks in our country have made great contributions to the improvement of the new rural financial system, the improvement of the level and quality of rural financial services and the improvement of the rural financial environment.However, the overall development of village and town banks in our country is not balanced, and some village and town banks still have problems such as imperfect management, inadequate internal control, low level of risk control, service deviation from the direction of supporting agriculture, and so on.The ability of sustainable development of village and town banks in China needs to be improved.As a new force in Guangzhou's rural finance, the Guangzhou Village and Town Bank, faced with a short history of development and fierce competition among its peers, how to take advantage of the national policy in Guangzhou's own good financial platform,It is worth thinking to explore a development mode of village bank with Guangzhou characteristics.In view of the development of village banks in Guangzhou, this paper probes into and analyzes the general situation, system status, initiation status and behavior status of the development of village banks in Guangzhou.Firstly, this paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of Guangzhou Village Bank by using SWOT analysis method, and makes a matrix analysis accordingly.Then, through the comparative analysis of the operation mode, management characteristics and development strategy of the village and town banks at home and abroad, the basic experience and enlightenment are obtained.Finally, from the government, bank, customer, social four levels, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable development of Guangzhou Village Bank.This paper has a strong theoretical guidance and practical promotion to the development of rural banks in Guangzhou. At the same time, it plays an important role in the optimization of the rural financial market in Guangzhou and the harmonious development of urban and rural economy.
