【摘要】：通過研究私募股權(quán)投資基金在我國的發(fā)展、目前存在的問題和原因,在借鑒美國和英國私募股權(quán)投資基金監(jiān)管方面的經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,對我國的私募股權(quán)投資基金監(jiān)管提出了分階段完善,逐步達到監(jiān)督為主,管理為輔,強化行業(yè)自律的監(jiān)管策略,并從五個方面提出了系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)管對策。對于完善我國的私募股權(quán)投資基金監(jiān)管具有重要的實踐意義。
[Abstract]:Through the study of the development of private equity funds in China, the existing problems and reasons, in the United States and the United Kingdom on the basis of the experience of private equity funds supervision. On the supervision of private equity investment funds in China has been put forward in stages to improve, step by step to achieve supervision, supplemented by management, to strengthen the industry self-regulation regulatory strategy. It also puts forward the systematic supervision countermeasures from five aspects, which is of great practical significance for perfecting the supervision of private equity funds in China.
