【摘要】：2010年11月10日,A公司作為一家獨(dú)立第三方理財(cái)機(jī)構(gòu)成功在美國(guó)紐約證券中心掛牌,成為了一家公眾公司。從此獨(dú)立第三方理財(cái)A公司正式地進(jìn)入了公眾的視野。通過(guò)獨(dú)立第三方理財(cái)A公司的組織機(jī)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)和經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況等方面的研究分析,對(duì)于了解和認(rèn)識(shí)獨(dú)立第三方理財(cái)機(jī)構(gòu)在我國(guó)的現(xiàn)狀、運(yùn)作模式以及發(fā)展前景具有著重要的意義。本文以戰(zhàn)略管理和營(yíng)銷管理領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),研究分析了獨(dú)立第三方理財(cái)A公司在中國(guó)市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展前景。首先,分析我國(guó)獨(dú)立第三方理財(cái)機(jī)構(gòu)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。其次,介紹了獨(dú)立第三方理財(cái)A公司基本情況及其相關(guān)背景。接著,運(yùn)用4Ps營(yíng)銷理論來(lái)分析獨(dú)立第三方理財(cái)A公司的基本運(yùn)作模式以及其目前的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況,并利用SWOT模型來(lái)分析A公司的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)。最后,基于以上分析,提出適合獨(dú)立第三方理財(cái)A公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方針,并給出了相應(yīng)的市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作策略。
[Abstract]:In November 10th 2010, as an independent third party financial organization, company A was successfully listed in the New York Securities Center of the United States. Has become a public company. Since then, the independent third party financial management A company has formally entered the public view. Through the independent third party financial management A company organization, product structure and management situation research and analysis. It is of great significance to understand and understand the status quo, operation mode and development prospects of independent third-party financial institutions in China. This paper is based on the relevant theories in the field of strategic management and marketing management. Research and analysis of the independent third party financing A company in the Chinese market status and development prospects. First, the analysis of the development of independent third party financial institutions in China. Secondly. This paper introduces the basic situation of the independent third party financing A company and its related background. Then, using 4Ps marketing theory to analyze the independent third party financial management A company's basic operation mode and its current operating situation. Finally, based on the above analysis, the development strategy for independent third party financing A company is put forward, and the corresponding market operation strategy is given.
