【摘要】："新三板"擴容具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義,無論是對于宏觀面經(jīng)濟的提振、結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)型,抑或是資本市場的完善與成熟;還是對于微觀面企業(yè)的成長與創(chuàng)新,以及廣大投資者的財產(chǎn)配置,都具有重大影響。然而,"新三板"擴容能否成功,并達到預(yù)期的目標,需要分析當前宏觀經(jīng)濟大背景,理清政府、監(jiān)管機構(gòu)、企業(yè)、金融中介機構(gòu)以及投資者面臨的形勢及主要關(guān)注點。只有最大程度滿足參與各方的利益訴求,在共贏的基礎(chǔ)上,"新三板"的擴容嘗試才會取得預(yù)期的效果,成為中國資本市場不可或缺的基礎(chǔ);反之將難以贏得市場的廣泛關(guān)注與參與,最后成為可有可無的"擺設(shè)",或者留下其他難以估計的后患。
[Abstract]:The expansion of the "new three boards" is of great practical significance, not only for the improvement of macro-economy, the structural transformation, but also the perfection and maturity of the capital market. Or for the growth and innovation of micro-enterprises, as well as the property allocation of the vast number of investors, have a significant impact. However, the "new three board" expansion will succeed and achieve the desired goal. Need to analyze the current macroeconomic background, clear up the government, regulators, enterprises, financial intermediaries and investors facing the situation and major concerns. Only to the greatest extent to meet the interests of all parties involved. On the basis of win-win situation, the expansion of the "new three boards" will achieve the desired results and become the indispensable foundation of China's capital market; On the contrary, it will be difficult to win the attention and participation of the market, and eventually become a dispensable "decoration", or leave other difficult to estimate the future.
