【摘要】：目前高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的戰(zhàn)略性先導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè),是"十二五"重點(diǎn)發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)。通過對1996～2008年的行業(yè)面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行回歸分析,從過程和時(shí)間兩個維度分析了FDI對我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力影響,結(jié)果表明FDI對高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力提高起到了一定的作用;人力資本在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)階段起到了促進(jìn)作用,但是在產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用階段起到了阻礙作用;研發(fā)支出在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)階段起到了促進(jìn)作用,但是在應(yīng)用階段入世前后表現(xiàn)有所差異。
[Abstract]:At present, the high-tech industry is the strategic leading industry of the national economy, which is the key industry in the 12th Five-Year Plan. Through the regression analysis of the industry panel data from 1996 to 2008. This paper analyzes the influence of FDI on the technological innovation ability of China's high-tech industry from the two aspects of process and time. The results show that FDI plays a certain role in improving the innovation ability of high-tech industry. Human capital plays a promoting role in the stage of product development, but plays an obstacle role in the stage of product application. R & D expenditure plays a promoting role in product development stage, but its performance is different before and after entering WTO.
