【摘要】：通過分析1990—2010年間韓國對華投資統(tǒng)計資料發(fā)現,韓國大企業(yè)對華投資、韓企對華獨資投資、以進軍當地市場為目的的對華投資呈現較強的上升勢頭。而韓國中小企業(yè)對華投資、中韓合資投資、以雇傭廉價勞動力為目的的韓企對華投資等方面,則顯露下滑趨勢。韓國對華投資趨勢的變化,與中國經濟結構和投資環(huán)境的變化密切相關。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of Korea's investment in China from 1990 to 2010, it is found that large Korean enterprises invest in China and Korean enterprises invest solely in China. Investment in China for the purpose of entering the local market shows a strong upward trend, while Korean small and medium-sized enterprises invest in China, Sino-Korean joint ventures invest in China, and Korean enterprises invest in China for the purpose of hiring cheap labor. The change in South Korean investment trend in China is closely related to the changes in China's economic structure and investment environment.
