【摘要】：對歷年來主要大氣污染物排放量數(shù)據(jù)、煤炭消費量數(shù)據(jù)及經(jīng)濟數(shù)據(jù)進行數(shù)組擬合,建立煤炭消費與大氣污染物之間的量化關(guān)系,并進行相關(guān)度分析。在不同的污染物約束條件下對全國以及省域煤炭總量控制目標進行預(yù)測,結(jié)果表明:全國煤炭消費總量應(yīng)控制在40~60億t左右,其中東部、中部及西部的煤炭消費量占比分別為40%、29%及31%左右,中東部比例較以前均有下降,西部占比則明顯上升,未來煤炭資源還需進一步優(yōu)化配置,實現(xiàn)省域內(nèi)的合理消費。
[Abstract]:The main air pollutant emission data, coal consumption data and economic data over the years are fitted by array fitting, and the quantitative relationship between coal consumption and air pollutants is established, and the correlation analysis is carried out. The total coal consumption in the whole country and provinces should be controlled at about 40 ~ 60 billion tons under different pollutant constraints. The proportion of coal consumption in the east, the middle and the west is 40%, 29% and 31%, respectively. The proportion of the middle and the east is lower than before, while the proportion of the west is obviously higher, and the allocation of coal resources needs to be further optimized in the future. Realize reasonable consumption in the province.
