【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著鐵路機(jī)車制造業(yè)的大發(fā)展,機(jī)車產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的提升也越來(lái)越受到關(guān)注。做好一個(gè)市場(chǎng),鞏固一個(gè)市場(chǎng),重要的是產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量關(guān)系著公司的生存和發(fā)展。如何在有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的價(jià)格優(yōu)勢(shì)下,生產(chǎn)高質(zhì)量的機(jī)車產(chǎn)品,用質(zhì)量占領(lǐng)市場(chǎng),鞏固市場(chǎng),是機(jī)車生產(chǎn)企業(yè)堅(jiān)持不懈努力的方向。最早的機(jī)車制造業(yè)均是“自己自足”的生產(chǎn)模式,除了原材料外,大部分零部件均是由自己公司生產(chǎn)。而現(xiàn)在的機(jī)車制造業(yè),從“做專做精”的角度出發(fā),重在機(jī)車的設(shè)計(jì)、關(guān)鍵零部件的生產(chǎn)、整車組裝外,其他的大部分零部件均是外購(gòu)。外購(gòu)件的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量對(duì)機(jī)車的質(zhì)量起著至關(guān)重要的作用。供應(yīng)商的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量也是企業(yè)研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量的組成部分,供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量管理體系逐漸成為企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理體系。本文作者以提升外購(gòu)件質(zhì)量的方法為研究載體,從企業(yè)情況、銷售環(huán)境、外購(gòu)件采購(gòu)情況入手,通過(guò)對(duì)外購(gòu)件供應(yīng)商管理、采購(gòu)、檢驗(yàn)、儲(chǔ)存、質(zhì)量直接控制手段的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)公司在外購(gòu)件質(zhì)量控制存在著質(zhì)量控制策劃、外購(gòu)件質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)、供應(yīng)商體系管控、庫(kù)存管理等四個(gè)方面的問(wèn)題,提出供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量控制堅(jiān)持五項(xiàng)基本原則、實(shí)施內(nèi)燃機(jī)車外購(gòu)件質(zhì)量控制項(xiàng)目管理、供應(yīng)商開發(fā)和選擇評(píng)價(jià)策略、供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量培育策略、關(guān)鍵重要件質(zhì)量控制手段策略、外購(gòu)件的貯存管理策略等六個(gè)解決方法,以及在此基礎(chǔ)上的四個(gè)建議。同時(shí)本文也通過(guò)對(duì)某個(gè)外購(gòu)廠家進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評(píng)審的案例,詳細(xì)介紹了方法的使用過(guò)程。本文對(duì)企業(yè)如何進(jìn)行外購(gòu)件質(zhì)量控制,提供了理論和實(shí)踐上的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of railway locomotive manufacturing industry, the improvement of locomotive product quality has been paid more and more attention. To do a good job in a market, consolidate a market, the important thing is the quality of the product. The quality of the product is related to the survival and development of the company. Under the competitive price advantage, how to produce high-quality locomotive products, occupy the market with quality, and consolidate the market, is the direction for locomotive manufacturers to make unremitting efforts. The earliest locomotives are self-contained production models, except raw materials, most of the components are produced by their own companies. But now the locomotive manufacturing industry, from the point of view of "doing the best", emphasizes on the locomotive design, the production of the key parts, the assembly of the whole vehicle, and the majority of the other parts are purchased out of the market. The product quality of purchased parts plays an important role in the quality of locomotives. The product quality of supplier is also part of R & D and production quality of enterprise. The quality management system of supplier is gradually becoming the quality management system of enterprise. In this paper, the author takes the method of improving the quality of the purchased parts as the research carrier, starting from the situation of the enterprise, the marketing environment and the purchasing situation of the purchased parts, through the analysis of the direct control means of the supplier management, procurement, inspection, storage and quality control of the purchased parts, It is found that there are four problems in the quality control of purchased parts in the company, such as quality control planning, quality data of purchased parts, supplier system control and inventory management, and five basic principles of supplier quality control are put forward. Six solutions, such as quality control project management, supplier development and evaluation strategy, supplier quality cultivation strategy, quality control strategy for key parts and storage management strategy for purchased parts, are carried out for diesel locomotives and diesel locomotives. And four suggestions on this basis. At the same time, this paper also introduces the process of using the method in detail through a case of quality evaluation of an outsourced manufacturer. This paper provides theoretical and practical guidance on how to control the quality of purchased parts.
