SECC公司ABC監(jiān)理項目人力資源管理研究
[Abstract]:The ABC hydropower station is located in the west of Conakry, the capital of the Republic of Guinea in West Africa. The government of the Republic of Guinea has commissioned a well-known multinational general contracting enterprise in China to build it under the "Design-Purchasing-Construction" contract model. Entrusted by the general contractor, SECC supervises the construction quality, progress, safety and civilization during the construction period within the scope of contract authorization. The ABC supervision project is the first foreign project undertaken by SECC after the strategy of expanding overseas market. To fully demonstrate the strength of SECC engineering project management, to continuously improve the general contractor's satisfaction, to train a group of people with international engineering project management experience, and to lay a good foundation for the development of overseas market, are the management objectives to be realized by ABC supervision project. In the face of different construction environment and different project management mode, there was a passive situation of team members in the initial stage of entry, which fully exposed the project management system of SECC Company. Project management experience and comprehensive quality of staff are extremely incompatible with the needs of the project. The most urgent task of project management is to stimulate the potential of team members, improve the overall quality of all members of the team, and change the passive situation quickly. This study combines the project management theory with the management practice of ABC supervision project, using the methods of literature analysis, investigation and summary, to study the human resource management of ABC supervision project. First of all, this paper introduces the background, research content, research significance and research ideas. Second, through consulting a large number of theoretical and applied research documents related to project human resources management, this paper reviews the relevant contents of project management, project human resources management, incentive, performance management and so on. This paper expounds the general situation of SECC Company and its ABC supervision project. Fourth, from the point of view of project manager, this paper constructs the employee incentive mechanism of ABC supervision project from the four dimensions of employee demand guarantee, work goal guidance, behavior constraint and performance management, and focuses on designing employee performance management scheme. Finally, through the practice of continuous improvement of incentive mechanism, and put forward their own views and suggestions. The purpose of this paper is to guide the practice of ABC supervision project management with project management theory, and to promote the overall realization of the project management goal. At the same time, it looks forward to providing reference for SECC company's subsequent foreign projects, and providing some ideas for the study of human resource management of similar supervision projects.
