【摘要】:營銷既是一門科學(xué),又是一門藝術(shù),它在常規(guī)化和創(chuàng)造性方面都有很強(qiáng)的張力。隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)展的加速,我國市場也逐漸融入全球化、復(fù)雜化、多樣化的競爭中,并且其重心已經(jīng)從最初的價(jià)格、技術(shù)、技能、價(jià)值的比拼,轉(zhuǎn)變成企業(yè)經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略管理的競技。市場營銷戰(zhàn)略作為一種重要戰(zhàn)略,其主旨是提高企業(yè)營銷資源的利用效率,使企業(yè)資源的利用效率最大化。煤矸石是采煤過程和洗煤過程中排放的固體廢物,目前,我國煤矸石利用率還比較低,大部分都被閑置,或者摻雜在電煤中。這會造成環(huán)境污染、土地資源占用問題,并帶來大量的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。在這樣的背景下,煤矸石分選系統(tǒng)也如雨后春筍般層出不窮,這使國內(nèi)市場競爭變得日趨白熱化。在這樣的競爭中,如何選擇合理的營銷戰(zhàn)略將至關(guān)重要。作為煤矸石分選系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)及銷售企業(yè),選擇合理的營銷戰(zhàn)略勢在必行,運(yùn)用合理的營銷手段也將是煤矸石分選系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)制造廠商步入良性運(yùn)營的重要環(huán)節(jié)。本文從對營銷渠道理論的綜述為切入點(diǎn),以融智機(jī)電技術(shù)公司為研究對象,對煤矸石分選設(shè)備企業(yè)的營銷戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了深入的分析和探索。通過對“巨龍融智機(jī)電技術(shù)公司”煤矸石智能分選設(shè)備營銷戰(zhàn)略的深入分析,揭示了我國煤矸石分選設(shè)備市場營銷過程中存在問題。文中作者結(jié)合實(shí)際,對煤矸石分選設(shè)備的目標(biāo)市場進(jìn)行了細(xì)分,目標(biāo)用戶進(jìn)行了分級,并且依據(jù)市場營銷戰(zhàn)略的分類理論,即側(cè)翼戰(zhàn)略、游擊戰(zhàn)略、進(jìn)攻戰(zhàn)略理論,為巨龍融智機(jī)電技術(shù)公司煤矸石智能分選設(shè)備制定了針對不同市場、不同生命周期相應(yīng)的營銷戰(zhàn)略。同時,作者還建議,不同的營銷戰(zhàn)略配合相對應(yīng)的營銷模式一起實(shí)行,效果會更好。本文的研究內(nèi)容可以為巨龍融智機(jī)電技術(shù)公司最終提出一套能夠促進(jìn)其營銷渠道良性運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)雙贏局面的解決方案提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐。并且對今后開展煤矸石分選設(shè)備營銷活動有一定的指導(dǎo)意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Marketing is not only a science, but also an art. With the acceleration of global economic integration, our market is gradually integrated into the globalization, complexity, diversification of competition, and its focus has been from the initial price, technology, skills, value competition, Change into the competitive management of enterprise management strategy. As an important strategy, the purpose of marketing strategy is to improve the utilization efficiency of enterprise marketing resources and maximize the utilization efficiency of enterprise resources. Coal gangue is the solid waste discharged in the process of coal mining and coal washing. At present, the utilization ratio of coal gangue in China is relatively low, most of which are idle or doped in thermal coal. This will cause environmental pollution, land resource occupation problem, and bring a lot of economic losses. In such a background, coal gangue separation system is springing up in endlessly, which makes the domestic market competition become more and more intense. In such a competition, how to choose a reasonable marketing strategy will be crucial. As a production and marketing enterprise of coal gangue separation system, it is imperative to choose a reasonable marketing strategy, and the use of reasonable marketing means will also be an important link for the production manufacturer of the coal gangue separation system to step into good operation. Based on the summary of marketing channel theory and the research object of Rongzhi Electromechanical Technology Company, this paper makes a deep analysis and exploration on the marketing strategy of coal gangue sorting equipment enterprises. By analyzing the marketing strategy of gangue intelligent sorting equipment in Julong Rongzhi Electromechanical Technology Co., this paper reveals the problems existing in the marketing process of coal gangue sorting equipment in China. Combined with practice, the author subdivides the target market of coal gangue sorting equipment, classifies the target users, and according to the classification theory of marketing strategy, namely flank strategy, guerrilla strategy, attack strategy theory. A marketing strategy for the intelligent separation equipment of gangue in different markets and different life cycles has been developed for Julong Rongzhi Electromechanical Technology Company. At the same time, the author also suggests that different marketing strategies cooperate with the corresponding marketing model, and the effect will be better. The research content of this paper can provide data support for Julong Rongzhi Electromechanical Technology Company to put forward a set of solutions which can promote the benign operation of its marketing channels and achieve a win-win situation. And it has certain guiding and practical significance to carry out marketing activities of coal gangue sorting equipment in the future.
