基于食品供應鏈的企業(yè)社會責任風險控制研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, food safety events caused by the lack of corporate social responsibility occur frequently. In the whole supply chain, each enterprise has its own profit chain system, many enterprises cooperate with each other and develop together, the enterprises are linked to each other, and any one of them has the risk of corporate social responsibility, which will affect the normal operation of the whole supply chain. With serious consequences. This paper first discusses the social responsibility management of food supply chain from the perspective of core enterprises. This paper summarizes the connotation of food corporate social responsibility and the characteristics of food supply chain social responsibility from the hierarchical model, and analyzes the central position of core enterprises in supply chain management. Whether in terms of the reasons for the lack of social responsibility, the relationship between the core enterprises and suppliers, and the risk transmission in the food supply chain, It is the key to improve the level of corporate social responsibility that core enterprises and chain member enterprises jointly fulfill social responsibility. From the point of view of corporate culture and information sharing, this paper constructs the social responsibility transfer mechanism of food supply chain enterprises centered on core enterprises, and analyzes the role and behavior of core enterprises in the whole constraint transfer mechanism. The core enterprises can reduce the cost pressure of suppliers to fulfill social responsibility by cultivating suppliers' awareness of social responsibility. To strengthen the supervision of corporate social responsibility to suppliers and other measures to enable suppliers to participate in the supply chain social responsibility management to promote the sustainable development of food supply chain. This paper analyzes the transmission factors of social responsibility risk in food supply chain. This paper analyzes the source of social responsibility risk in food supply chain from the angle of core enterprise and non-core enterprise, and points out the raw material supply link, processing link and packaging link in food supply chain. The social responsibility risk of logistics link and sales link, the issuer and receiver of risk are defined, and the transmission factors such as transmission carrier are divided. This paper discusses the time, chaos, jump, direction and its specific conduction law of the social responsibility risk in the supply chain, and the positive, reverse, central and interactive paths of the social responsibility risk transmission in the food supply chain. The risk factors of social responsibility are identified by the methods of case analysis, brainstorming and Delphi method. The mechanism and composition of artificial neural network are introduced, and the selection principle of social responsibility risk assessment index is defined. Based on the analysis of risk factors, the index system of social responsibility risk assessment is established. Based on BP neural network, the risk assessment model of social responsibility in food supply chain is constructed, and the structure and function of the model are established. The model is tested by MATLAB toolbox and the model is proved to be feasible by training the sample data. Based on the risk assessment model of social responsibility, the early warning and control system of social responsibility risk in food supply chain is established, and the index system, risk information system and risk diagnosis system of social responsibility risk assessment are divided into three parts: the index system of social responsibility risk assessment, the risk information system and the risk diagnosis system. The functions of risk management system and software assistant system are described in detail.
