三安光電LED業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:LED即發(fā)光二極管產(chǎn)業(yè),又稱為半導(dǎo)體照明行業(yè),作為國家節(jié)能減排的重要方向,是國家重點(diǎn)關(guān)注與支持發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè),作為未來綠色照明的解決方案被賦予很多期望。特別是LED制造的上游外延芯片制造領(lǐng)域,對(duì)資本及技術(shù)要求非常高,為支持其發(fā)展,國家制定了很多補(bǔ)貼政策。在國家以及地方大規(guī)模補(bǔ)貼的紅利刺激下,上游在2009年至2010年呈現(xiàn)爆發(fā)式增長(zhǎng),兩年內(nèi)宣布投資總和達(dá)數(shù)百億元,投資增幅達(dá)到70%以上,意圖上馬項(xiàng)目二十幾個(gè)。而到2011以及2012年市場(chǎng)需求沒有如預(yù)計(jì)般放開,芯片庫存大幅增加,產(chǎn)能嚴(yán)重過剩。投資則迅速回落,形成了過山車式的行業(yè)發(fā)展曲線。三安光電股份有限公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱三安光電)于2001年成立,2003年進(jìn)入LED上游外延芯片產(chǎn)業(yè),2008年借殼上市,在短短幾年內(nèi),迅猛發(fā)展,目前市值已達(dá)300多億元人民幣。然而三安光電追逐政府紅利并通過資本運(yùn)作的發(fā)展模式,受到較多質(zhì)疑,盈利模式過于依賴政府補(bǔ)貼,未來發(fā)展存在較大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。三安光電在某種程度上成為我國應(yīng)該如何支持新興戰(zhàn)略產(chǎn)業(yè)的一個(gè)范例,其發(fā)展或?qū)⒊蔀樾袠I(yè)成敗的一個(gè)標(biāo)桿。這也是本文研究的目的之一。筆者通過查閱大量文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道,產(chǎn)業(yè)知名研究機(jī)構(gòu)調(diào)研報(bào)告,并親自與三安中層、高層人員訪談,獲得大量第一手資料。由外至內(nèi)由宏觀到微觀的分析了目前我國LED市場(chǎng)所處的外部環(huán)境以及三安光電的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì)。創(chuàng)新的采用安迪六力模型分析了三安光電的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境,其中特別分析了政府補(bǔ)貼對(duì)企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新的影響,以及未來政府補(bǔ)貼以及政府采購的變化趨勢(shì)。最后基于SWOT系統(tǒng)分析法分析了三安光電的發(fā)展策略。給出建議:三安光電應(yīng)該堅(jiān)持總成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略,在業(yè)務(wù)層面的策略實(shí)施上要意識(shí)到未來的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),強(qiáng)化縱向一體化,著力建設(shè)產(chǎn)品以及渠道的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,并提出三安應(yīng)尋求單純制造到服務(wù)型制造的過渡的創(chuàng)新觀點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:As an important direction of national energy saving and emission reduction, LED is a strategic emerging industry focused on and supported by our country. As a solution to green lighting in the future, LED is expected to be a great deal. Especially in the field of upstream epitaxial chip manufacturing of LED, the capital and technology requirements are very high. In order to support its development, the state has formulated a lot of subsidy policies. Spurred by massive state and local subsidies, upstream has seen explosive growth from 2009 to 2010, announcing a combined investment of tens of billions of yuan in two years, an increase of more than 70 percent, with the intention of launching more than two dozen projects. Demand did not open as expected by 2011 and 2012, with a surge in chip inventories and significant overcapacity. Investment fell back quickly, forming a roller coaster-style industry development curve. Sanan Optoelectronic Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 and entered the LED upstream extension chip industry in 2003. In 2008, it was listed on the backdoor. In a few years, it has developed rapidly, and the market value has reached more than RMB 30 billion at present. However, the development model of Sanan optoelectronics chasing the government dividend and operating through capital is questioned, and the profit model is too dependent on government subsidies, and there are great risks in the future development. To a certain extent, Sanan Optoelectronics has become an example of how to support the new strategic industry in China, and its development may become a benchmark for the success or failure of the industry. This is one of the purposes of this study. Through consulting a large number of literature reports, research reports of well-known industry research institutions, and personal interviews with middle and senior officials in San'an, a large number of first-hand data were obtained. From outside to inside, the paper analyzes the external environment of LED market and the competition situation of three A Optoelectronic. This paper analyzes the competitive environment of Sanan Optoelectronics by using the Andy six Force Model, especially analyzes the influence of government subsidies on independent innovation of enterprises, and the trend of government subsidies and government procurement in the future. Finally, based on the SWOT system analysis, the development strategy of three A photoelectric is analyzed. It is suggested that Sanan Optronics should adhere to the overall cost leading strategy, realize the future risks in the implementation of the strategy at the business level, strengthen vertical integration, and focus on building the core competitiveness of the products and channels. It also puts forward the innovative viewpoint that San'an should seek the transition from pure manufacturing to service manufacturing.
