【摘要】：20世紀(jì)80年代開始,企業(yè)管理理論已經(jīng)逐步發(fā)展到戰(zhàn)略管理理念,在如今的盛業(yè)競爭中,企業(yè)逐步認(rèn)識到戰(zhàn)略管理對企業(yè)自身發(fā)展的意義。而今對于企業(yè)而言,要想在經(jīng)濟(jì)市場的激烈競爭中站穩(wěn)腳跟,保持持續(xù)健康穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展,必須要認(rèn)真審視自身企業(yè)的優(yōu)劣勢,進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確的市場定位,著眼于企業(yè)全局發(fā)展的高度,用長遠(yuǎn)的戰(zhàn)略眼光,選擇出適合企業(yè)自身的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并加以貫徹與實(shí)施。JL電力安裝公司是一家從事電力工程安裝企業(yè)的新型民營企業(yè),在電力工程安裝行業(yè)打拼了十多年。隨著近幾年國家推行的低碳環(huán)保政策,一方面,國家大力倡導(dǎo)企業(yè)節(jié)能減排,建立節(jié)約型的和諧社會;另一方面,所有供用電企業(yè)都有內(nèi)部節(jié)能降耗、降低成本的需求:這些都為相關(guān)企業(yè)帶來了巨大的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。近十年來,在政策鼓勵和旺盛市場需求產(chǎn)業(yè)的雙重刺激下,我國電力行業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)程中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用,因而國內(nèi)電力行業(yè)發(fā)展極其迅速,也吸引了更多的企業(yè)進(jìn)入電力行業(yè),使得電力行業(yè)的競爭愈發(fā)激烈。面對競爭日趨激烈市場環(huán)境,企業(yè)必須根據(jù)外部環(huán)境變化而定制符合自身實(shí)際情況的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,才能不斷的提升核心競爭力,實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的長遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo)。當(dāng)前,面對國內(nèi)電力市場發(fā)展的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),如何實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的效益穩(wěn)定增長,是JL電力安裝公司現(xiàn)在最急迫所解決的課題。本文在電力體制改革背景下,以面臨眾多考驗(yàn)的JL電力工程安裝公司作為研究對象,綜合運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代戰(zhàn)略管理與中國式管理的相關(guān)理論,對企業(yè)所處的宏觀環(huán)境、行業(yè)環(huán)境及內(nèi)部環(huán)境等諸多影響因素進(jìn)行理論分析,通過相關(guān)分析工具探討了JL公司所面臨的機(jī)會與威脅、所處環(huán)境的優(yōu)勢與劣勢,揭示了公司的現(xiàn)有情況及核心競爭力,根據(jù)上述分析進(jìn)行了JL公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的選擇,確定以集中化增長型戰(zhàn)略為基礎(chǔ),組合使用集中化戰(zhàn)略、差異化戰(zhàn)略、成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略、合作競爭戰(zhàn)略及以人為本戰(zhàn)略,并在人力資源管理、新技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入、競爭意識與服務(wù)意識、組織架構(gòu)的改革、企業(yè)文化建設(shè)等方面采取相應(yīng)的保障措施,保證其行業(yè)定位、公司宗旨和發(fā)展目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。通過本文的研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)了JL公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的抉擇,為其較長時期發(fā)展指明了前進(jìn)的方向,有利于其在紛繁復(fù)雜的電力安裝市場中立于不敗之地,并能壯大與繁榮,對于面臨主多分離主輔分開社會經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下的電力安裝企業(yè)的生存發(fā)展方向有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義;同時在研究過程,嘗試運(yùn)用了中國式管理理論,對于具有典型中國特色的私營電力安裝企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展研究有一定的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980s, the theory of enterprise management has gradually developed into the concept of strategic management, and in the present competition, enterprises have gradually realized the significance of strategic management to the development of enterprises themselves. Now for enterprises, if they want to stand firm in the fierce competition in the economic market and maintain a sustained, healthy and stable development, they must carefully examine the advantages and disadvantages of their own enterprises and carry out accurate market positioning. With a view to the overall development of the enterprise, with a long-term strategic perspective, the author chooses the development strategy suitable for the enterprise itself, and carries out and implements it. JL Power installation Company is a new type of private enterprise engaged in the installation of electric power engineering. In the electrical engineering installation industry has worked for more than ten years. With the implementation of low-carbon environmental protection policy in recent years, on the one hand, the state vigorously advocated energy saving and emission reduction of enterprises, and set up a harmonious society. On the other hand, all power supply enterprises have the demand of internal energy saving and cost reduction: these bring enormous development opportunities for related enterprises. In recent ten years, under the dual stimulation of policy encouragement and vigorous market demand industry, the electric power industry of our country plays a more and more important role in the process of national economic development, so the domestic electric power industry develops extremely rapidly. Also attracted more enterprises into the power industry, making the power industry more fierce competition. In the face of the increasingly competitive market environment, enterprises must customize the development strategy in accordance with their actual situation according to the changes of external environment, in order to continuously enhance the core competitiveness and achieve the long-term goal of sustainable development. At present, facing the opportunity and challenge of the development of domestic power market, how to realize the steady growth of the enterprise benefit is the most urgent problem that JL Electric Power installation Company solves now. Under the background of electric power system reform, this paper takes JL Electric Power Engineering installation Company, which is facing many challenges, as the research object, and synthetically applies the relevant theories of modern strategic management and Chinese management to the macro environment of enterprises. This paper analyzes the influence factors such as industry environment and internal environment, discusses the opportunities and threats faced by JL company, the advantages and disadvantages of the environment, and reveals the current situation and core competitiveness of the company. According to the above analysis, the development strategy of JL company is selected, which is based on centralized growth strategy, combined use of centralization strategy, differentiation strategy, cost leading strategy, cooperative competition strategy and people-oriented strategy. And in the aspects of human resource management, new technology innovation input, competition consciousness and service consciousness, organizational structure reform, enterprise culture construction and so on, the corresponding safeguard measures should be taken to ensure the position of the industry, the realization of the aim and development goal of the company. Through the research of this paper, we have realized the choice of development strategy of JL Company, and pointed out the direction of its development for a long time, which is conducive to its invincible position in the complicated electric power installation market, and can expand and prosper. It has certain practical guiding significance for the direction of existence and development of electric power installation enterprises facing the social and economic background of the separation of principal and auxiliary. At the same time, in the research process, we try to use the Chinese management theory to guide the research on the transformation and development of the private power installation enterprises with typical Chinese characteristics.
