基于大數(shù)據(jù)的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新案例研究
[Abstract]:The comprehensive development of information technology and the explosive growth of data reveal the coming of big data's era. Big data changes the business mode and business mode of various industries from all aspects. This paper mainly studies the innovation of business model under the background of big data. Based on the model of innovation of business model studied by predecessors, this paper introduces IT capability variable to construct the path model of the influence of big data on the innovation of business model. Two enterprises, State Grid and Alibaba, are selected for case analysis, and the business model innovation and its path selection are discussed in the three processes of value discovery, value creation and value realization. The research proves that big data has direct influence on the innovation of business model, and it can promote the ability and system of IT, thus indirectly affect the innovation of business model. It also verifies that there are three stages of value discovery, value creation and value realization in business model innovation. At each stage, companies can use big data to change their business models to achieve innovation and gain a leading competitive advantage. This research combined with big data background and enterprise business model innovation has important academic value to expand the business model innovation theory driven by big data in the strategic management field, and it is a leading research, at the same time, From the practical point of view, the research results can help enterprises to use big data to provide new ideas and methods for business model innovation, to help enterprises to enhance their innovation ability, and to grasp the market opportunities under the era of big data.
