【摘要】:隨著社會的不斷發(fā)展,企業(yè)的數量也在逐漸增加。如何在激烈的市場競爭中形成本企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢,成為了每個管理者需要探討的關鍵。傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)經營下,有效理論與策略的分析已經占據了重要的部分。但不僅如此,如何能夠在創(chuàng)新的基礎上促進企業(yè)轉型,加強企業(yè)經濟效益的提升也是現(xiàn)階段的主要任務之一。本文從IE理論出發(fā),對企業(yè)提質增效的方法與策略進行研究。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of society, the number of enterprises is also gradually increasing. How to form the advantage of the enterprise in the fierce market competition has become the key to every manager. Under the management of traditional enterprises, the analysis of effective theory and strategy has occupied an important part. But not only that, how to promote the transformation of enterprises on the basis of innovation and how to enhance the economic benefits of enterprises is also one of the main tasks at the present stage. Based on IE theory, this paper studies the methods and strategies of improving quality and increasing efficiency.
