【摘要】：開(kāi)放經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下,跨國(guó)公司是影響產(chǎn)業(yè)群以及產(chǎn)業(yè)群內(nèi)各行業(yè)市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵因素�？鐕�(guó)公司對(duì)我國(guó)稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響具有復(fù)雜性,既有許多消極不利影響,也存在積極的方面。本文在分析我國(guó)稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)的市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了跨國(guó)公司對(duì)我國(guó)稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)市場(chǎng)集中度、進(jìn)入壁壘和行業(yè)規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)等方面造成的影響。面對(duì)跨國(guó)稀土公司的沖擊,我國(guó)的稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新資源資產(chǎn)化管理模式,加強(qiáng)政府引導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督;加快組建我國(guó)稀土大企業(yè)集團(tuán),提高市場(chǎng)集中度;推進(jìn)國(guó)際交流合作,提高我國(guó)稀土企業(yè)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:Under the condition of open economy, multinational corporations are the key factors influencing the market structure of industrial clusters and industries. The influence of MNCs on the rare earth industry in China is complex, which has many negative and negative effects as well as positive aspects. Based on the analysis of the market structure of rare earth industry in China, this paper discusses the influence of multinational corporations on the market concentration, entry barriers and scale economy of rare earth industry in China. In the face of the impact of multinational rare earth companies, China's rare earth industry should innovate the management model of resource assets, strengthen government guidance and supervision, accelerate the establishment of large rare earth enterprise groups in China, increase market concentration, and promote international exchanges and cooperation. Improve the international competitiveness of rare earth enterprises in China.
