【摘要】：寧夏電力公司作為支撐寧夏回族自治區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要企業(yè),如何實(shí)現(xiàn)既定的生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)營目標(biāo),通過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的數(shù)據(jù)和業(yè)務(wù)操作流程,加強(qiáng)管理,保證物流、資金流、信息流的暢通,實(shí)現(xiàn)信息的完全共享,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文針對ERP信息系統(tǒng)在寧夏電力公司物資管理的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析和研究,主要做了以下幾方面的工作:首先,簡要介紹了論文的研究背景及研究意義,并且查閱相關(guān)資料描述了國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀。詳細(xì)說明了ERP從簡單、局部應(yīng)用到高級(jí)、全面解決管理問題,管理的側(cè)重點(diǎn)也從早期的側(cè)重于物流擴(kuò)展到物流與資金流相結(jié)合,進(jìn)而擴(kuò)展到物流、資金流與信息流結(jié)合在一起。并且展望了ERP未來的發(fā)展趨勢。其次,對寧夏電力公司做了簡單介紹,寧夏電力公司希望通過實(shí)施ERP系統(tǒng),從根本上解決物資供應(yīng)能力不足的問題,有效緩解供需矛盾。通過物資管理體制創(chuàng)新,減少采購環(huán)節(jié),降低采購風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提高管理效率,節(jié)約成本,提高公司整體效益。綜合分析了在ERP項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中遇到的問題,例如:基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)收集困難、人員培訓(xùn)難度大、業(yè)務(wù)流程繁瑣等問題。針對上述問題,認(rèn)真分析問題存在的原因,制定了解決方案并在實(shí)際的工作中取得很好的效果。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析了電力公司在傳統(tǒng)物資管理中存在很多頑疾問題。應(yīng)用ERP先進(jìn)的管理理念并結(jié)合電力企業(yè)自身因素,深入分析并制定改進(jìn)措施研究。當(dāng)前電力企業(yè)的ERP系統(tǒng)發(fā)展非常迅速,但是ERP系統(tǒng)屬于企業(yè)內(nèi)部的資源管理系統(tǒng),并不能滿足企業(yè)外部溝通聯(lián)絡(luò)機(jī)制建立。電力企業(yè)需要建設(shè)電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)電子化的供應(yīng)商管理、合同管理等手段滿足采購模式與方式多元化、合同執(zhí)行可管可控化、供應(yīng)商協(xié)同一體化、決策支持科學(xué)化等轉(zhuǎn)變,為整個(gè)電力企業(yè)提供更好的物資供應(yīng)保障與服務(wù)。電力企業(yè)是典型的資產(chǎn)密集型企業(yè),物資管理是電力企業(yè)管理中的難點(diǎn)和重點(diǎn),通過科學(xué)的信息化管理手段解決好這個(gè)難題對于這個(gè)行業(yè)都有帶動(dòng)作用。所以本文通過ERP系統(tǒng)在寧夏電力公司物資管理的應(yīng)用情況作了大量的研究,將對在其他企業(yè)引進(jìn)ERP物資管理系統(tǒng)有一定的實(shí)踐意義和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Ningxia Electric Power Company, as an important enterprise supporting the economic development of Ningxia Hui Autonomous region, how to achieve the established production and business objectives, strengthen management through standardized data and business operation processes, and ensure logistics and capital flow.The smooth flow of information and the complete sharing of information have important practical significance.This paper analyzes and studies the application of ERP information system in material management of Ningxia Electric Power Company, and mainly does the following work: first, briefly introduces the research background and significance of this paper.And referring to the relevant data described the current situation of research at home and abroad.It is explained in detail that ERP from simple, partial application to high level, solve the management problem in an all-round way, the emphasis of management also extends from the early emphasis on logistics to the combination of logistics and capital flow, and then to logistics, the combination of capital flow and information flow.And the future development trend of ERP is prospected.Secondly, the paper briefly introduces Ningxia Electric Power Company. Ningxia Electric Power Company hopes to solve the problem of insufficient material supply capacity and effectively alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand through the implementation of ERP system.Through the innovation of material management system, it can reduce purchasing link, reduce purchase risk, improve management efficiency, save cost and improve the whole benefit of the company.This paper comprehensively analyzes the problems encountered in the implementation of ERP project, such as the difficulty of basic data collection, the difficulty of personnel training, the complexity of business process, and so on.In view of the above problems, the causes of the problems are analyzed carefully, and the solutions are worked out and good results are obtained in practical work.On this basis, the paper analyzes that there are many persistent problems in the traditional material management of electric power companies.Applying the advanced management idea of ERP and combining the electric power enterprise's own factor, the author deeply analyzes and formulates the improvement measure research.At present, the ERP system of electric power enterprise is developing very quickly, but ERP system belongs to the internal resource management system of the enterprise, and it can not satisfy the establishment of the external communication and liaison mechanism of the enterprise.Electric power enterprises need to build electronic commerce platform system to realize electronic supplier management, contract management and other means to meet the purchase mode and mode diversification, contract execution can be managed and controlled, supplier cooperation integration.Decision-making support for scientific transformation, for the entire power enterprise to provide better supply of goods and services.Electric power enterprise is a typical capital-intensive enterprise, and material management is the difficulty and key point of power enterprise management. Solving this problem well through scientific information management means has a leading role for this industry.So this paper has done a lot of research on the application of ERP system in the material management of Ningxia Electric Power Company, which will have certain practical significance and reference significance for the introduction of ERP material management system in other enterprises.
