【摘要】：裝備制造業(yè)是國家經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),同時也是制造業(yè)的重要組成部分,它是為國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和國防現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)提供技術(shù)裝備的基礎(chǔ)性產(chǎn)業(yè),是一個國家或地區(qū)綜合實力的體現(xiàn)。裝備制造業(yè)具有技術(shù)密集型和資金密集型的產(chǎn)業(yè)特點,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展起到了至關(guān)重要的作用。因此研究如何提高該產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力,對湖南省裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展和全省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,都具有十分重要的意義。本文首先對湖南省裝備制造業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述。然后根據(jù)評價指標(biāo)體系設(shè)計的原則、湖南省裝制造業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力構(gòu)成要素和影響因素建立評價指標(biāo)體系。主要從技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入、支撐、研究開發(fā)和產(chǎn)出4個方面建立評價指標(biāo)。其次,通過對各種評價方法進(jìn)行綜合比較,最終確定適合分析評價湖南省裝備制造業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的評價方法,即因子分析法。并根據(jù)湖南省2011年-2013年3年的相關(guān)統(tǒng)計指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)用因子分析法對湖南省裝備制造業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行實證研究。最后,從增加研發(fā)經(jīng)費和人力資源的投、引進(jìn)國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)技術(shù)、加強(qiáng)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)、加強(qiáng)與省內(nèi)高�？蒲性核暮献鳌⒓哟笳С至Χ鹊确矫嫣岢隽颂嵘鲜⊙b備制造業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Equipment manufacturing industry is not only the pillar industry of national economy, but also an important part of manufacturing industry. It is the basic industry to provide technical equipment for national economic development and national defense modernization. Equipment manufacturing industry is characterized by technology-intensive and capital-intensive industries. Technological innovation plays an important role in the development of equipment manufacturing industry. Therefore, the research on how to improve the technological innovation ability of this industry is of great importance to the development of equipment manufacturing industry in Hunan Province and the economic development of Hunan Province. This paper first summarizes the research status of Hunan equipment manufacturing technology innovation ability at home and abroad. Then, according to the design principle of evaluation index system, the development status of Hunan equipment manufacturing industry, The evaluation index system is established from the aspects of technological innovation input, support, research and development and output. Secondly, through the comprehensive comparison of various evaluation methods, the evaluation index system is established. Finally, the evaluation method suitable for analyzing and evaluating the technological innovation ability of Hunan equipment manufacturing industry is determined. That is, factor analysis. According to the relevant statistical index data of Hunan Province from 2011 to 2013, this paper makes an empirical study on the technological innovation ability of Hunan equipment manufacturing industry by using factor analysis method. Finally, from increasing the investment of R & D and human resources, This paper introduces advanced technology at home and abroad, strengthens the protection of intellectual property rights, strengthens the cooperation with scientific research institutes of colleges and universities in the province, and increases the support of the government, etc., and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the technological innovation ability of the equipment manufacturing industry in Hunan Province.
