【摘要】：可再生能源的開(kāi)發(fā)利用已成為全球性趨勢(shì)。目前,我國(guó)仍存在可再生能源發(fā)電上網(wǎng)定價(jià)機(jī)制不完善、電價(jià)補(bǔ)貼和配額交易滯后、未對(duì)電價(jià)實(shí)施效果定期評(píng)估等問(wèn)題。應(yīng)完善可再生能源發(fā)電上網(wǎng)定價(jià)及補(bǔ)償機(jī)制,包括明確可再生能源戰(zhàn)略定位、健全可再生能源發(fā)電上網(wǎng)定價(jià)機(jī)制和補(bǔ)貼機(jī)制、進(jìn)一步深化電力體制改革、制定支持可再生能源發(fā)展的一攬子政策措施。
[Abstract]:The development and utilization of renewable energy has become a global trend. At present, there are still some problems in our country, such as the imperfect pricing mechanism of renewable energy generation, the lagging of electricity price subsidies and quota trading. It is necessary to perfect the pricing and compensation mechanism for renewable energy generation, including defining the strategic positioning of renewable energy, and perfecting the pricing mechanism and subsidy mechanism for renewable energy generation. We will further deepen the reform of the power system and formulate a package of policies and measures to support the development of renewable energy.
