【摘要】：當(dāng)前節(jié)約能源和可持續(xù)發(fā)展是世界各國發(fā)展的重要目標(biāo)之一,而我國能源面臨著日趨嚴(yán)峻的考驗,考驗著國家的智慧。塔河油田在為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供油氣能源的同時本身也有嚴(yán)重的問題:能源利用效率低下,存在嚴(yán)重的資源浪費;環(huán)境問題日益突出。且能耗隨著老油田開發(fā)難度加大逐年增長。開展能耗研究,采取節(jié)能措施,有利于塔河油田降低生產(chǎn)成本,提供更多的油氣資源,是塔河油田增強企業(yè)競爭力的重要舉措。論文對塔河油田生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,根據(jù)油田節(jié)能要求,結(jié)合企業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃,充分考慮塔河油田生產(chǎn)用能特點,深入分析塔河油田能耗現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了涵蓋3個子系統(tǒng)的塔河油田能耗評價指標(biāo)體系;建立對塔河油田的能耗現(xiàn)狀的評價模型;利用主成分分析法最后得出結(jié)論:塔河油田能耗高,必須結(jié)合項目進(jìn)行節(jié)能降耗優(yōu)化。在改進(jìn)能源決策、加強能源運行調(diào)節(jié)和應(yīng)急管理、實現(xiàn)節(jié)能降耗等方面具有十分重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:At present, energy conservation and sustainable development is one of the important goals of the development of all countries in the world, but our energy is facing a severe test day by day. Tahe Oilfield provides oil and gas energy for the development of national economy at the same time it also has serious problems: low efficiency of energy utilization and serious waste of resources; Environmental problems are becoming increasingly prominent, and energy consumption increases year by year with the difficulty of old oil field development. Energy consumption research and energy saving measures are beneficial to reduce production costs and provide more oil and gas resources in Tahe Oilfield. Tahe Oilfield is an important measure to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper analyzes the production status of Tahe Oilfield, according to the requirements of oil field energy conservation, combined with enterprise development planning, fully consider the characteristics of production energy use in Tahe Oilfield. On the basis of deeply analyzing the present situation of energy consumption in Tahe Oilfield, the evaluation index system of energy consumption in Tahe Oilfield covering three subsystems is established. The evaluation model of energy consumption in Tahe Oilfield is established. It is concluded by principal component analysis that energy consumption is high in Tahe Oilfield, energy saving and consumption reduction optimization must be carried out in combination with the project, energy decision-making should be improved, energy operation regulation and emergency management should be strengthened. The realization of energy saving and consumption reduction is of great theoretical and practical significance.
