【摘要】：應(yīng)用合成革企業(yè)可能不是每個(gè)人都熟悉,但合成革產(chǎn)品卻出現(xiàn)在人們生活中的方方面面,比如服裝,鞋靴,箱包,沙發(fā),高端產(chǎn)品外包裝,家具裝飾等等,合成革產(chǎn)品已成為人們生活中廣泛使用的一種材料。中國(guó)是應(yīng)用合成革產(chǎn)品的主要生產(chǎn)國(guó),截止2006年,中國(guó)應(yīng)用合成革生產(chǎn)線的數(shù)量和產(chǎn)量已占世界總量的70%。近年來隨著人們生活品質(zhì)的不斷提高,人們對(duì)于合成革的種類細(xì)分程度、物性和環(huán)保要求也越來越高。產(chǎn)品類型復(fù)雜化、時(shí)尚個(gè)性化、產(chǎn)品生命周期短和技術(shù)發(fā)展快速已成為應(yīng)用合成革工業(yè)的特點(diǎn)。所以新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)也成為企業(yè)提高核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的主要戰(zhàn)略方式,如何提高新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項(xiàng)目的成功率也成為每家應(yīng)用合成革企業(yè)的首要任務(wù)。針對(duì)合成革產(chǎn)品的特點(diǎn),本文以MF公司為例,分析MF公司在新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理中存在的問題,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目管理理論知識(shí),提出基于成功率提升的新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理模式,從而對(duì)MF公司的新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,主要措施如下：設(shè)計(jì)并架構(gòu)適用于MF公司應(yīng)用合成革新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理的項(xiàng)目組織結(jié)構(gòu),并加強(qiáng)對(duì)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)的管理；應(yīng)用科學(xué)的項(xiàng)目選擇方法對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行可行性分析和篩選,選擇適當(dāng)?shù)捻?xiàng)目立項(xiàng)和啟動(dòng)；應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理知識(shí)體系中的項(xiàng)目選擇和立項(xiàng)管理、資源配置、過程管理與人力資源管理以及研發(fā)后評(píng)價(jià)理論知識(shí),提出適合于應(yīng)用合成革企業(yè)新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理的策略,從而有效地提升新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)的成功率。當(dāng)前尚未有針對(duì)應(yīng)用合成革企業(yè)新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目管理研究的成果和文獻(xiàn),本文的研究對(duì)MF公司應(yīng)用合成革新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項(xiàng)目具有很重要的指導(dǎo)意義,同時(shí)對(duì)應(yīng)用合成革行業(yè)的其他企業(yè)也有積極的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Application of synthetic leather enterprises may not be familiar to everyone, but synthetic leather products appear in all aspects of people's lives, such as clothing, shoes, bags, sofas, high-end products packaging, furniture decoration and so on. Synthetic leather products have become a widely used material in people's lives. China is the main producer of synthetic leather products until 2006. The quantity and output of synthetic leather production line in China have accounted for 70% of the world total. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people's quality of life, the degree of classification of synthetic leather has been improved. Material and environmental requirements are also higher and higher. Product types are complex, fashion personalized. Short product life cycle and rapid technological development have become the characteristics of the application of synthetic leather industry, so new product research and development has become the main strategic way for enterprises to improve their core competitiveness. How to improve the success rate of new product R & D projects has also become the primary task of every application synthetic leather enterprise. According to the characteristics of synthetic leather products, this paper takes MF as an example. This paper analyzes the problems existing in MF company's new product R & D project management, and puts forward a new product R & D project management model based on the promotion of success rate combined with the theoretical knowledge of project management. The main measures are as follows: design and structure the project organization structure suitable for MF company to apply the new product R & D project management of synthetic leather. And strengthen the management of the project team; The scientific project selection method is used to analyze and screen the feasibility of the project and select the appropriate project to establish and start. Application of modern project management knowledge system of project selection and project establishment management, resource allocation, process management and human resources management, as well as research and development post-evaluation theory. The strategy of R & D project management suitable for the application of synthetic leather enterprises is put forward. In order to effectively improve the success rate of new product research and development. Currently, there is no research on project management for the application of synthetic leather enterprise new product R & D project and literature. The research in this paper is of great significance to MF company to apply synthetic leather new product R & D project, but also to the application of synthetic leather industry of other enterprises have positive reference significance.
