【摘要】:本文在以國(guó)際營(yíng)銷理論、國(guó)際企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論及市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷前沿思想理論為論文的研究基礎(chǔ)的前提下,首先深入分析了宏達(dá)國(guó)際電子有限公司國(guó)際市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷環(huán)境(包括內(nèi)部環(huán)境和外部環(huán)境),并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)該公司進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的SWOT分析,采用定性的分析方法評(píng)價(jià)宏達(dá)國(guó)際電子股份有限公司的國(guó)際營(yíng)銷現(xiàn)狀,找出了宏達(dá)國(guó)際電子有限公司在國(guó)際營(yíng)銷策略方面存在的一些問(wèn)題。其次,進(jìn)一步分析了宏達(dá)國(guó)際電子股份有限公司所面臨的國(guó)際市場(chǎng)需求及主要競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的狀況,以便在制定新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略時(shí)能有的放矢。再次,從產(chǎn)品、定價(jià)、渠道、促銷四個(gè)方面對(duì)宏達(dá)國(guó)際電子股份有限公司的現(xiàn)行營(yíng)銷策略進(jìn)行分析,并找出存在的問(wèn)題。最后,為宏達(dá)電公司提出了一些具有針對(duì)性的實(shí)施建議。
[Abstract]:In this paper, based on the premise of international marketing theory, international enterprise strategic management theory and marketing theory is the frontier thought under the first in-depth analysis of the HTC International Electronics Co. Ltd., the international marketing environment (including the internal and external environment), and on the basis of the company carried out a detailed analysis of the current situation of SWOT. International marketing analysis of qualitative evaluation HTC international electronic Limited by Share Ltd, finds out some problems Hondar International Electronics Co. Ltd. exist in international marketing strategies. Secondly, we further analyze the international market demand and main competitors' situation of Hongda international Limited by Share Ltd, so that we can have a definite purpose in formulating new competitive strategies. Thirdly, it analyzes the current marketing strategies of Hongda international Limited by Share Ltd from four aspects, including products, pricing, channels and promotions, and finds out the existing problems. Finally, some pertinent implementation proposals have been put forward for HTC.
