【摘要】：隨著我國社會經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,居民的生活水平不斷提升,社會的需求不斷增長。我國居民生活必需品需求由數(shù)量需求逐漸改變?yōu)橘|量需求。在過去的十幾年間,我國的主要林產(chǎn)品進口迅猛增長,林產(chǎn)品進口一方面緩解了國內的需求壓力,另一方面也帶來了諸多不利影響。在當前的形勢下,林產(chǎn)品進口市場面臨著來自國內外的諸多壓力。這就要求產(chǎn)品必須要在保證生產(chǎn)數(shù)量的基礎上,加強對產(chǎn)品質量的要求,由原料型逐漸向保險型、低價位和高品質型轉變。隨著中國經(jīng)濟的不斷快速發(fā)展,中國林產(chǎn)品對外依存度處于一個迅速上升的時期。以木材資源為主的林產(chǎn)品在整個國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中處于十分重要的戰(zhàn)略地位,是一個國家經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展中不可缺少同時又難以替代的重要資源,木質林產(chǎn)品的多寡已成為判斷一國綜合國力的重要標志之一。中國是一個發(fā)展中國家,而且是一個森林資源稀缺型國家,研究中國木材對外貿(mào)易依存度和結構優(yōu)化問題,無疑具有十分重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。 論文首先對我國近年來主要林產(chǎn)品的進口趨勢和特征進行了詳細描述。其次從國內外木材供給與需求、國際貿(mào)易、林業(yè)政策、社會經(jīng)濟等方面對影響我國木材進口市場的主要因素進行了全面的理論分析。在對貿(mào)易理論與經(jīng)濟依存度理論進行必要梳理和參閱大量文獻的基礎上,本文從中國林產(chǎn)品對外依存度的變化及對我國林產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易結構的影響情況入手,綜合運用經(jīng)濟學、林業(yè)經(jīng)濟學、國際貿(mào)易學等相關知識,運用統(tǒng)計學方法,以及定性分析和定量分析相結合的研究方法和手段,分析林產(chǎn)品對外依存度變化對中國社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響。最后結合定量分析結果提出了適度林產(chǎn)品對外依存度的措施和對策建議。 論文首先闡述了選題背景、研究的意義、研究內容以及本文的邏輯框架等。然后對文中涉及的主要概念進行了界定,并對研究的相關理論基礎,主要是對貿(mào)易理論和相關的經(jīng)濟學理論進行了系統(tǒng)的闡述。此外論文分析了中國進口俄羅斯木材的現(xiàn)狀、問題和成因以及影響中俄木質林產(chǎn)品結構優(yōu)化的因素。針對中俄木質林產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易強度和貿(mào)易互補性,本文使用了貿(mào)易強度指數(shù)、顯性比較優(yōu)勢指數(shù)、產(chǎn)業(yè)內貿(mào)易指數(shù)和貿(mào)易互補性指數(shù)來分析這一問題。同時根據(jù)中俄木材貿(mào)易及消費情況對中國進口俄羅斯木質林產(chǎn)品的進口依存度進行測算,并根據(jù)測算結果進行趨勢分析。最后論文對中國進口俄羅斯木材的結構優(yōu)化提出了目標,同時,從我國林業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展狀況和俄羅斯木材貿(mào)易政策等多角度提出了兩國木材優(yōu)化的對策和具體措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's society and economy, the living standard of the residents is increasing, and the demand of the society is increasing. The demand for the daily necessities of the residents of our country is gradually changed from the quantity demand to the quality demand. Over the past decade, the import of main forest products has increased rapidly. The import of forest products has eased the pressure of domestic demand, and on the other hand, it has also brought a lot of adverse effects. Under the current situation, the import market of forest products is facing a lot of pressure from home and abroad. This requires that products must enhance product quality requirements on the basis of guaranteeing production quantity, and gradually change from raw material type to insurance type, low price level and high quality type. With the rapid development of China's economy, the dependence of Chinese forest products on the external dependence is in a period of rapid rise. Using wood resources as main forest products in a very important strategic position in the development of national economy, is an important resource of national economic and social development indispensable and irreplaceable, the amount of woody forest products has become an important sign of judging a country's comprehensive national strength. China is a developing country and a scarce forest resource country. Undoubtedly, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the dependence and structural optimization of China's timber trade.
