【摘要】：正由于起步較晚,福建省家庭服務(wù)業(yè)仍處于發(fā)展中的初級階段,在宏觀指導(dǎo)、政策幫扶、隊伍建設(shè)、規(guī)范管理、服務(wù)保障等方面還不同程度地存在著制約家庭服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的因素。就此,本文擬對如何促進福建省家庭服務(wù)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展提出一些對策建議:
[Abstract]:Because of the late start, the family service industry in Fujian Province is still in the primary stage of development. It is still in the macro guidance, policy support, team building, and standardized management. There are some factors restricting the development of the family service industry in the aspects of service security and so on. In this paper, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the industrialization of family service industry in Fujian Province.
