【摘要】： 近年來,世界外商直接投資的重點已由制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)向服務(wù)業(yè)。服務(wù)業(yè)的國際投資得到迅速發(fā)展,并已成為外商直接投資的主流。面對全球服務(wù)業(yè)利用外資迅速發(fā)展的趨勢,中國服務(wù)市場的進(jìn)一步開放、極具潛力的龐大市場、入世后帶來的機(jī)遇,使得我國服務(wù)業(yè)利用外商直接投資的步伐不斷加快。 但是由于我國的外商直接投資長期集中于制造業(yè),服務(wù)業(yè)FDI并未得到充分發(fā)展,同時由于我國服務(wù)業(yè)不發(fā)達(dá)、服務(wù)體系發(fā)育程度低、法律法規(guī)的出臺落后于行業(yè)的發(fā)展,又在一定程度上制約了服務(wù)業(yè)外資的高效利用和服務(wù)行業(yè)的快速提升。本文意圖通過對中國服務(wù)業(yè)利用外商直接投資的研究分析,得出未來我國服務(wù)業(yè)利用外資的發(fā)展對策。 首先,作為研究的基礎(chǔ),本文對文中出現(xiàn)的“服務(wù)業(yè)”、“現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)”、“FDI”的概念進(jìn)行了界定,并對服務(wù)業(yè)利用外商直接投資的基本理論進(jìn)行了介紹,解釋了服務(wù)業(yè)FDI的理論根基。然后針對我國服務(wù)業(yè)利用外商直接投資的現(xiàn)狀、特征、存在的問題進(jìn)行了全面分析和論述,并對服務(wù)業(yè)利用外商直接投資的情況進(jìn)行了實證分析和影響分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上給出我國服務(wù)業(yè)合理有效利用外商直接投資的若干建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the focus of foreign direct investment in the world has shifted from manufacturing to services. International investment in the service industry has developed rapidly and has become the mainstream of foreign direct investment. In the face of the trend of the rapid development of foreign capital utilization in the global service industry, the further opening of China's service market, the huge market with great potential, and the opportunities brought about by China's accession to the WTO have made the pace of utilizing foreign direct investment in the service industry of our country more and more rapid. However, due to the long-term concentration of foreign direct investment in manufacturing industry, the FDI of service industry has not been fully developed. At the same time, due to the underdevelopment of service industry and the low development of service system, the introduction of laws and regulations lags behind the development of industry. To some extent, it restricts the efficient utilization of foreign capital in service industry and the rapid improvement of service industry. Based on the research and analysis of the utilization of foreign direct investment in China's service industry, this paper intends to draw the countermeasures for the development of foreign capital utilization in China's service industry in the future. First of all, as the basis of the research, this paper defines the concepts of "service industry", "modern service industry" and "FDI", and introduces the basic theory of using FDI in service industry. It explains the theoretical foundation of service FDI. Then, according to the current situation, characteristics and existing problems of foreign direct investment in the service industry of our country, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and discussion, and carries on the empirical analysis and the influence analysis to the service industry utilization foreign direct investment situation. On the basis of this, some suggestions on the rational and effective utilization of foreign direct investment in China's service industry are given.
