【摘要】：文章關(guān)注印度服務(wù)外包中對外政策的變遷及其對印度服務(wù)外包發(fā)展的影響,從關(guān)稅優(yōu)惠、外資進(jìn)入以及匯率政策三個方面比較了中印兩國發(fā)展服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)的對外政策,得出了印度以縱向政策導(dǎo)向和中國以橫向政策導(dǎo)向的結(jié)論,并根據(jù)兩者的不足之處,提出了中國在未來承接服務(wù)外包中的三點建議。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the changes of foreign policy in service outsourcing in India and its influence on the development of service outsourcing in India. It compares the foreign policies of China and India in the development of service outsourcing industry from the three aspects of tariff preference, foreign capital entry and exchange rate policy. This paper draws the conclusion that India is guided by vertical policy and China by horizontal policy, and puts forward three suggestions for China to undertake service outsourcing in the future according to their shortcomings.
