【摘要】：將生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)加入知識(shí)—物質(zhì)資本模型,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)跨國(guó)公司的一般均衡模型,從理論上分析了雙邊因素和"第三方效應(yīng)"對(duì)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)FDI的影響。利用空間計(jì)量方法對(duì)1999-2013年美國(guó)對(duì)東盟的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)FDI進(jìn)行了考察,得出了與理論分析基本一致的實(shí)證結(jié)果。相關(guān)結(jié)論對(duì)于正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式轉(zhuǎn)型與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化重要關(guān)口的中國(guó)具有重要的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:A general equilibrium model of MNCs is constructed by adding productive services to the knowledge-material capital model. The effects of bilateral factors and "third-party effects" on FDI of producer services are theoretically analyzed. This paper investigates the FDI of producer services in ASEAN from 1999 to 2013 by using the spatial measurement method, and obtains the empirical results which are consistent with the theoretical analysis. The relevant conclusions are of great significance for China, which is in the transition of economic growth mode and the optimization of industrial structure.
