【摘要】：1973年的能源危機(jī)加劇了世界各石油進(jìn)口國(guó)的能源危機(jī)意識(shí)，這些國(guó)家紛紛制定出臺(tái)了各種節(jié)約能源的法規(guī)政策，為本國(guó)及世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展提供保障。1992年隨著聯(lián)合國(guó)環(huán)境與發(fā)展大會(huì)提高能源利用率、保護(hù)地球環(huán)境倡議的提出，表示國(guó)際節(jié)能將環(huán)境保護(hù)納入了節(jié)能戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃當(dāng)中，標(biāo)志著國(guó)際節(jié)能進(jìn)入了一個(gè)新的發(fā)展階段。隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)能源的過(guò)度依賴(lài)以及全球氣候日益變暖，節(jié)能已成為當(dāng)今世界永恒的主題。作為傳統(tǒng)的服務(wù)業(yè)，星級(jí)酒店業(yè)在能源危機(jī)導(dǎo)致能源價(jià)格瘋狂攀升的背景下，高能耗、低利潤(rùn)水平已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前我國(guó)星級(jí)酒店業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)所面臨的最突出問(wèn)題，為了實(shí)現(xiàn)其自身經(jīng)營(yíng)成本的降低，經(jīng)濟(jì)效益及整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升，減少對(duì)環(huán)境的不利影響，節(jié)能已成為當(dāng)今星級(jí)酒店業(yè)的必然選擇。 本文首先對(duì)當(dāng)今國(guó)內(nèi)外與星級(jí)酒店業(yè)節(jié)能相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析，闡述了當(dāng)前我國(guó)星級(jí)酒店業(yè)節(jié)能研究的不足：過(guò)多從節(jié)能技術(shù)應(yīng)用角度分析節(jié)能應(yīng)用對(duì)星級(jí)酒店業(yè)的影響，缺乏與星級(jí)酒店業(yè)節(jié)能其他利益相關(guān)者的關(guān)系研究，缺乏宏觀層面從管理角度對(duì)我國(guó)星級(jí)酒店業(yè)節(jié)能現(xiàn)狀的分析，，基于此本文提出了結(jié)合星級(jí)酒店業(yè)節(jié)能各利益相關(guān)者構(gòu)建天津市星級(jí)酒店業(yè)節(jié)能機(jī)制的構(gòu)想。 其次，本文依據(jù)利益相關(guān)者理論總結(jié)出與星級(jí)酒店業(yè)節(jié)能有重要聯(lián)系的利益相關(guān)者，在對(duì)各利益相關(guān)者的驅(qū)動(dòng)因素及目前天津市星級(jí)酒店業(yè)節(jié)能現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上，借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外工業(yè)、建筑業(yè)等節(jié)能效果比較顯著的運(yùn)作機(jī)制，通過(guò)各種激勵(lì)、監(jiān)督等約束力在實(shí)現(xiàn)各利益相關(guān)者對(duì)相關(guān)利益追求的前提下，構(gòu)建了天津市星級(jí)酒店業(yè)節(jié)能機(jī)制理論模型。 再次，本文在構(gòu)建的星級(jí)酒店業(yè)節(jié)能機(jī)制理論模型的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)星級(jí)酒店業(yè)節(jié)能機(jī)制提高酒店節(jié)能績(jī)效與酒店整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的機(jī)理模型與理論假設(shè)，通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷對(duì)天津市的星級(jí)酒店進(jìn)行節(jié)能情況調(diào)查，對(duì)獲得的有效數(shù)據(jù)利用SPSS17.0和LISERL8.70等結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型軟件進(jìn)行分析處理。結(jié)論表明，星級(jí)酒店業(yè)的節(jié)能管理、節(jié)能經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、節(jié)能市場(chǎng)環(huán)境對(duì)星級(jí)酒店業(yè)的節(jié)能績(jī)效以及酒店整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升具有重要的影響，即本文構(gòu)建的星級(jí)酒店業(yè)節(jié)能機(jī)制模型有利于天津市星級(jí)酒店業(yè)節(jié)能績(jī)效和酒店整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的改善和提升。 最后，本文從改善天津市星級(jí)酒店業(yè)內(nèi)部節(jié)能管理體系、完善天津市星級(jí)酒店業(yè)節(jié)能經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境與節(jié)能市場(chǎng)環(huán)境等方面對(duì)促進(jìn)天津市星級(jí)酒店業(yè)節(jié)能廣泛應(yīng)用與推廣的實(shí)施提出了對(duì)策與建議。
[Abstract]:The 1973 energy crisis intensified the awareness of energy crisis among oil-importing countries around the world, and these countries have formulated various laws and policies to save energy one after another. With the adoption of the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) to improve energy efficiency and the initiative to protect the Earth's environment, it is stated that international energy conservation has incorporated environmental protection into the strategic planning for energy conservation. International energy conservation has entered a new stage of development. With the overdependence of global economic development on energy and the warming of global climate, energy conservation has become the eternal theme of the world today. As a traditional service industry, the star-rated hotel industry has become the most prominent problem facing the star-rated hotel industry in our country at present, under the background of the energy crisis causing the energy price to climb madly, the high energy consumption, the low profit level has already become our country star hotel industry to face the most prominent question. In order to reduce its own operating cost, improve its economic benefits and overall competitiveness, and reduce its adverse impact on the environment, energy saving has become an inevitable choice for the star-rated hotel industry. Firstly, this paper summarizes and analyzes the literature related to the energy saving of star hotel industry at home and abroad, and expounds the deficiency of the research on the energy saving of star hotel industry in our country at present: analyzing the influence of energy saving application on star hotel industry from the point of view of the application of energy saving technology too much. Lack of research on the relationship between the star-rated hotel industry and other stakeholders, lack of macro-level from the perspective of management of China's star-rated hotel industry energy saving status analysis, Based on this, this paper puts forward the idea of constructing the energy saving mechanism of Tianjin star hotel industry in combination with various stakeholders of star hotel industry. Secondly, according to the stakeholder theory, this paper summarizes the stakeholders who have important relationship with the energy saving of star hotel industry, on the basis of the analysis of the driving factors of the stakeholders and the current energy saving situation of the star-rated hotel industry in Tianjin. Draw lessons from the domestic and foreign industry, construction industry and other more significant energy-saving operation mechanisms, through various incentives, supervision and other binding forces to achieve the relevant interests of stakeholders to pursue the premise, The theoretical model of energy saving mechanism of Tianjin star hotel industry is constructed. Thirdly, on the basis of the theoretical model of energy saving mechanism of star hotel industry, this paper makes a theoretical hypothesis on the mechanism model and theoretical hypothesis of improving the performance of energy saving and the overall competitiveness of hotel by the energy saving mechanism of star hotel industry. The energy saving situation of star hotels in Tianjin was investigated by questionnaire, and the effective data were analyzed and processed by using structural equation model software such as SPSS17.0 and LISERL8.70. The conclusion shows that the energy saving management, the energy saving economic environment and the energy saving market environment of star hotel industry have important influence on the energy saving performance of star hotel industry and the promotion of the overall competitiveness of the hotel. That is, the energy saving mechanism model of star hotel industry constructed in this paper is conducive to the improvement and promotion of energy efficiency performance and overall competitiveness of Tianjin star hotel industry. Finally, this paper improves the internal energy saving management system of Tianjin star hotel industry, Improving the energy-saving economic environment and energy-saving market environment of the star hotel industry in Tianjin puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the wide application and popularization of energy saving in the star-rated hotel industry in Tianjin.
