【摘要】：自21世紀(jì)以來，服務(wù)業(yè)在各國迅速發(fā)展。2008年至2010年，我國服務(wù)業(yè)增加值占GDP比重的均值達(dá)到42.67%，美國服務(wù)業(yè)增加值占GDP比重均值達(dá)到78.67%，服務(wù)業(yè)代替工業(yè)成為主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)，在各國已經(jīng)形成一種趨勢。生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)作為服務(wù)業(yè)中的主要組成部分，由于其在經(jīng)濟(jì)運行過程中表現(xiàn)出特有的“中間投入”特征，在經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展過程中最具發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?湖南省的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展水平與我國沿海發(fā)達(dá)省份相比，存在一定的差距，生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)對經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要作用決定了探討湖南省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)影響因素的必要性。論文以湖南省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)影響因素為研究對象，在綜述國內(nèi)外生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)研究文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)上，全面分析湖南省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，并在梳理生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的理論解釋之后，理論分析影響湖南省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的因素，，并建立計量模型從供給與需求角度實證檢驗湖南省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的影響因素。最后，提出改進(jìn)發(fā)展湖南省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的政策建議。 本文以產(chǎn)業(yè)理論與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論為基礎(chǔ)，借鑒相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)，理論分析得出：經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、城市化水平、服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力從供給方面影響湖南省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展，經(jīng)濟(jì)體制及市場成熟程度從需求方面影響湖南省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)。在理論分析得出影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上，采用1995年至2011年湖南省統(tǒng)計年鑒與中國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)年鑒相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，建立一系列指標(biāo)，利用多元回歸分析方法從供給與需求角度量化分析影響湖南省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)因素，并對其結(jié)果實證檢驗，得出人均GDP、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)就業(yè)人口影響湖南省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的供給，而第二產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值、進(jìn)出口總額影響湖南省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的需求。 概括而言，本文可能的創(chuàng)新點有以下幾點：一是，利用投入產(chǎn)出分析法對湖南省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)存在問題的原因進(jìn)行探討；二是，從供給與需求兩個角度分析湖南省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)影響因素，并分別對相關(guān)影響因素進(jìn)行實證分析；三是在改進(jìn)對策提出時，采用主體法從政府角度、生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)角度、生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)消費企業(yè)角度提出改進(jìn)湖南省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)政策。
[Abstract]:Since twenty-first Century, the service industry has developed rapidly from.2008 to 2010 from.2008 to 2010. The mean value of the added value of service industry in China is 42.67%, the value of the service industry in the United States accounts for 78.67% of the mean value of GDP, and the service industry has become the dominant industry instead of industry, and the production service industry is the main service industry. Because of its unique characteristics of "intermediate input" in the economic operation, the components have the most potential for development in the process of economic development.
There is a certain gap between the development level of the productive service industry in Hunan province and the developed coastal provinces in China. The important role of the productive service industry to the economy determines the necessity of discussing the factors affecting the productive service in Hunan province. The paper takes the influence factors of the productive service industry in Hunan Province as the research object, and summarizes the productive clothing at home and abroad. On the basis of the research literature of the business industry, this paper comprehensively analyzes the present situation of the development of the productive service industry in Hunan province. After combing the theoretical explanation of the development of the productive service industry, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the productive service industry in Hunan Province, and establishes the empirical test of the influencing factors of the productive service industry in Hunan province from the perspective of supply and demand. The policy recommendations for improving the development of producer services in Hunan are put forward.
On the basis of industrial theory and economic theory, this paper draws a conclusion that the level of economic development, the level of urbanization and the ability of service innovation affect the development of the productive service industry in Hunan province. The economic system and the maturity of the market influence the production service industry of Hunan province from the demand side. On the basis of influencing factors, a series of indexes are established by using the data of Hunan statistical yearbook and China high-tech industry yearbook from 1995 to 2011, and a series of multiple regression analysis methods are used to quantify the factors affecting the productive service industry in Hunan province from the perspective of supply and demand, and the results are verified by the empirical test, and the per capita GDP, third The industrial employment population affects the supply of productive service industry in Hunan Province, while the second industry added value, the third industry added value, the total import and export influence the demand of the productive service industry in Hunan province.
In summary, the possible innovation points of this paper are as follows: one is to use the input-output analysis method to discuss the causes of the problems in the productive service industry in Hunan province. Two, from the two angles of supply and demand analysis, the influencing factors of the productive service industry in Hunan province are analyzed, and the related factors are analyzed respectively; three When the countermeasures were put forward, the policy of improving the productive service industry of Hunan province was put forward from the perspective of the government, the productive service production enterprise and the consumer enterprises of the productive service industry.
