【摘要】:正我國服務(wù)外包企業(yè)多為中小企業(yè),要想在國際競爭中生存發(fā)展,形成規(guī)模優(yōu)勢(shì),并樹立民族品牌,就必須首先解決融資難的問題。一、服務(wù)外包快速增長從上世紀(jì)80年代末開始,一些跨國公司為了節(jié)約成本、提高自身核心競爭力,開始把非核心的IT服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)外包給更低成本的專業(yè)服務(wù)提供商。經(jīng)過近30年的快速發(fā)展,全球服務(wù)外包行業(yè)已頗具規(guī)模。2002年,只有10%的跨國公司將其信息技術(shù)
[Abstract]:Service outsourcing enterprises in China are mostly small and medium-sized enterprises. In order to survive and develop in the international competition, form the advantage of scale and establish the national brand, we must first solve the problem of financing difficulty. First, the rapid growth of service outsourcing began in the late 1980s, in order to save costs and improve their core competitiveness, some multinational companies began outsourcing non-core IT services to lower-cost professional service providers.
