凱美集團(tuán)經(jīng)營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店策略研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)過(guò)三十多年的經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)步發(fā)展,我國(guó)在科學(xué)技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)文化、教育管理等各方面都取得了輝煌的成就。隨著人民收入水平的提高,假期旅游也成為時(shí)尚生活的一種標(biāo)志,以滿足商務(wù)旅游人士而開(kāi)設(shè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。酒店憑借設(shè)施齊全、環(huán)境整潔、功能便利、物美價(jià)廉為特點(diǎn),與市場(chǎng)需求高度契合,使人們對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的信任度和依賴(lài)度越來(lái)越高。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)凱美集團(tuán)經(jīng)營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店這一典型案例的研究,運(yùn)用SWOT戰(zhàn)略分析,得出凱美集團(tuán)在經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展上的顯著優(yōu)勢(shì),確立了以江西的二、三線城市作為集團(tuán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的切入點(diǎn),以經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的連鎖化經(jīng)營(yíng)為總體戰(zhàn)略的思路,并進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確的市場(chǎng)定位、酒店選址,通過(guò)選擇租賃經(jīng)營(yíng),合作經(jīng)營(yíng),與集團(tuán)零售業(yè)、房地產(chǎn)業(yè)組合經(jīng)營(yíng)等投資模式,采取重視營(yíng)銷(xiāo)與科學(xué)管理,充分開(kāi)發(fā)集團(tuán)人力資源優(yōu)勢(shì),加強(qiáng)品牌建設(shè)和創(chuàng)新意識(shí)等一系列的進(jìn)入策略,為凱美集團(tuán)或其他企業(yè)起到借鑒作用并提供一定的應(yīng)用參考。 論文第一章為導(dǎo)論,主要回顧我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店業(yè)的發(fā)展情況,闡述本課題的研究背景、意義及研究方法。第二章通過(guò)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店業(yè)相關(guān)研究的綜述,回顧了國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)酒店品牌及經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)方面的研究。第三章通過(guò)運(yùn)用PEST、 SWOT等方法對(duì)凱美集團(tuán)所處的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析。第四章在上述對(duì)凱美集團(tuán)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析基礎(chǔ)上,制訂出適合凱美集團(tuán)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。第五章依據(jù)凱美集團(tuán)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,.探討其實(shí)施的步驟和策略。最后一章為結(jié)論與展望。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of steady economic development, China has made brilliant achievements in science and technology, economy and culture, education and management. With the improvement of people's income level, holiday tourism has become a symbol of fashion life. The hotel is characterized by complete facilities, clean environment, convenient function, good quality and low price, which is in line with the market demand. It makes people rely more and more on the trust and dependence of economy hotels. This paper makes a study of the typical case of the management of economy hotels by means of SWOT strategic analysis. The paper draws the conclusion that the Kamei Group has significant advantages in the development of economy hotel industry, and establishes the idea of taking the second and third tier cities of Jiangxi as the breakthrough point of the group's development strategy and the chain management of the economic hotel as the overall strategy. And carry on the accurate market orientation, hotel location, by choosing the investment mode such as leasing management, cooperative management, group retailing, real estate combination management and so on, we should pay attention to marketing and scientific management, and fully develop the advantages of human resources of the group. A series of entry strategies, such as strengthening brand construction and innovation consciousness, can serve as a reference for Camry Group and other enterprises. Chapter one is an introduction, which reviews the development of economy hotel industry in China. This paper expounds the research background, significance and research methods of this subject. The second chapter reviews the domestic and foreign research on hotel brand and economic hotel management through the summary of related research on economic hotel industry. The third chapter analyzes the internal and external environment of Kaimei Group by using pest, SWOT and other methods. On the basis of the above analysis of the internal and external environment of Kaimei Group, the fourth chapter formulates the development strategy suitable for the economic hotel of Kaimei Group. The fifth chapter is based on the development strategy of economic hotel management of Kaimei Group. Discuss the steps and strategies of its implementation. The last chapter is the conclusion and prospect.
