網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力對KIBS中小企業(yè)突破性創(chuàng)新績效影響的研究

【摘要】:突破性創(chuàng)新是知識密集型服務(wù)業(yè)(Knowledge-intensive business service,以下簡稱KIBS)中小企業(yè)開拓市場,獲取競爭優(yōu)勢的一個有效策略。作為較高層次的創(chuàng)新,突破性創(chuàng)新對企業(yè)組織慣例、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、組織文化等提出了較高的要求,但受制于自身成長年限和資源的局限性,KIBS中小企業(yè)往往對此類組織隱形知識比較匱乏,從而影響了其突破性創(chuàng)新的績效。為提高KIBS中小企業(yè)突破性創(chuàng)新績效,企業(yè)需通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力不斷地從外部社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)中獲取其所需組織隱性知識和各類匱乏資源。鑒于此,筆者通過閱讀相關(guān)文獻,探索網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力對KIBS中小企業(yè)組織隱性知識獲取及突破性創(chuàng)新績效影響的機制。 在綜述分析企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力、組織隱性知識獲取和突破性創(chuàng)新績效的相關(guān)理論研究基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒已有研究和相關(guān)理論,提出相關(guān)假設(shè)。將網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力劃分為網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃能力、配置能力、運作能力和占位能力,并由此構(gòu)建企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力四維度對組織根植型隱性知識和組織文化型隱性知識獲取(組織隱性知識兩維度)以及突破性創(chuàng)新績效的理論概念模型。進而,借鑒相關(guān)研究理論展開問卷設(shè)計,形成大樣本調(diào)查問卷。隨后,回收整理問卷,運用SPSS17.0和AMOS17.0軟件進行數(shù)據(jù)分析驗證研究模型和假設(shè)。最后,總結(jié)出本研究結(jié)論與實務(wù)建議,并指出本研究的不足及未來研究展望。 通過對浙江省213家KIBS中小企業(yè)問卷調(diào)查獲取的數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,本研究獲得的主要結(jié)論如下:(1)組織隱性知識獲取包含組織根植型隱性知識獲取和組織文化型隱性知識獲取兩個因子。(2)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力四維度對組織隱性知識獲取兩維度均有顯著正向影響。(3)組織隱性知識獲取兩維度對KIBS中小企業(yè)突破性創(chuàng)新績效有顯著正向影響。(4)組織隱性知識獲取在網(wǎng)絡(luò)配置能力和運作能力對KIBS中小企業(yè)突破性創(chuàng)新績效影響中起部分中介作用,在規(guī)劃能力和占位能力對KIBS中小企業(yè)突破性創(chuàng)新績效影響中起完全中介作用。
[Abstract]:Breakthrough innovation is an effective strategy for Knowledge-intensive business service (hereafter referred to as KIBS) to exploit the market and gain the competitive advantage. As a higher level of innovation, breakthrough innovation has put forward higher requirements for enterprise organizational practices, organizational structure, organizational culture, etc. However, due to the limitations of their own growth years and resources, KIBS SMEs often lack of hidden knowledge of such organizations, thus affecting their performance of breakthrough innovation. In order to improve the breakthrough innovation performance of KIBS small and medium-sized enterprises, enterprises need to acquire the organizational tacit knowledge and all kinds of scarce resources from the external social network through the network ability. In view of this, the author explores the mechanism of the influence of network capability on KIBS SMEs' organizational tacit knowledge acquisition and breakthrough innovation performance by reading relevant literature. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the relevant theories of enterprises' network capability, organizational tacit knowledge acquisition and breakthrough innovation performance, and referring to the existing research and relevant theories, the relevant hypotheses are put forward. Divide network capabilities into network planning capabilities, configuration capabilities, operational capabilities and occupancy capabilities, From this, the paper constructs a theoretical conceptual model of the four dimensions of enterprise network capability to acquire organizational rooted tacit knowledge and organizational cultural tacit knowledge (two dimensions of organizational tacit knowledge) as well as breakthrough innovation performance. Then, draw lessons from the relevant research theory to develop the questionnaire design, form a large sample questionnaire. Then, the questionnaire is collected, and the model and hypothesis are verified by SPSS17.0 and AMOS17.0 software. Finally, the conclusions and practical suggestions of this study are summarized, and the shortcomings and future research prospects of this study are pointed out. Through the analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire survey of 213 small and medium-sized KIBS enterprises in Zhejiang Province, The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1) organizational tacit knowledge acquisition includes two factors: organizational rooted tacit knowledge acquisition and organizational cultural tacit knowledge acquisition. The two dimensions of organizational tacit knowledge acquisition have a significant positive impact on the breakthrough innovation performance of KIBS SMEs. 4) organizational tacit knowledge acquisition has a significant positive impact on the network allocation ability and operational ability of KIBS SMEs. The impact of innovation performance plays a part of the intermediary role, It plays a full intermediary role in the influence of planning ability and occupation ability on the breakthrough innovation performance of KIBS small and medium-sized enterprises.
