【摘要】：正服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展規(guī)模與水平是衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的重要標(biāo)志。伴隨服務(wù)業(yè)的深入發(fā)展,服務(wù)業(yè)在空間布局上呈現(xiàn)出快速的集聚發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。一、發(fā)展歷程及階段性特征(一)初期發(fā)展階段新中國(guó)成立到改革開(kāi)放前這段時(shí)期(1949年～1978年),我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展有三個(gè)特點(diǎn):第一,服務(wù)業(yè)不太受重視,產(chǎn)業(yè)地位相對(duì)于工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)較低;第二,增長(zhǎng)較慢,且波動(dòng)較大;第三,服務(wù)業(yè)占國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值的比重逐步下降,由1957年的30%下降到1978年的23%。(二)快速發(fā)展階段1979年～1989年,我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)高速增長(zhǎng),服務(wù)業(yè)增加值由1979年的865.8億元增加到1989年的
[Abstract]:The scale and level of service industry is an important symbol to measure the level of economic development of a country and a region. With the further development of service industry, the spatial distribution of service industry presents a rapid trend of agglomeration. First, the course of development and the characteristics of stages (1) the period between the founding of New China and the reform and opening up period (1949 ~ 1978) during the initial stage of development, the development of China's service industry has three characteristics: first, the service industry has not received much attention, and its industrial status is relative to industry. Agriculture is low; second, growth is slower and fluctuating; third, the share of services in GDP has gradually declined, from 30% in 1957 to 23% in 1978. (2) during the period of rapid development from 1979 to 1989, China's service industry grew at a high speed, and the added value of the service industry increased from 86.58 billion yuan in 1979 to 1989.
