【摘要】：現(xiàn)階段，現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)的發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為世界各國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的巨大動力。我國自20世紀90年代提出現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)這一概念之后，政府開始重視現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)的發(fā)展，現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)也開始成為學術(shù)界關(guān)注的焦點，并取得了諸多研究成果。隨著我國現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展及相關(guān)研究的不斷深入，產(chǎn)生了很多值得我們探討的新問題。由于我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的區(qū)域不平衡，使區(qū)域差異研究成為現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展研究的一個不可缺少的方面，對此，本文在查閱大量最新相關(guān)統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上，對我國現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進行了定量分析，并在科學、客觀、可操作性等原則下，選取了衡量指標對我國現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)的發(fā)展進行了區(qū)域差異的比較分析。進而，對我國現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題及其制約因素展開了多角度分析，并給出了可操作的對策。 從結(jié)構(gòu)上看，全文共6章，分三大部分：緒論、正文、結(jié)論。從內(nèi)容上看，全文可分為三個部分。第一部分為第1章和第2章是本文的研究基礎(chǔ)。第二部分是第3章到第6章是本文的研究的主要內(nèi)容，是全文的重點。第三部分是結(jié)論，是對全文研究結(jié)果的總結(jié)。 第1章是緒論主要是論述了選題背景和意義，并對文中所涉及的相關(guān)概念進行界定，以及對論文結(jié)構(gòu)，研究方法，，數(shù)據(jù)來源等方面的介紹。 第2章是理論基礎(chǔ)，主要是對國外一些重要的現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展相關(guān)理論和我國現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展相關(guān)研究成果進行綜合概述及評述。 第3章是我國服務業(yè)發(fā)展歷程及現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析。主要是對我國服務業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程進行梳理，并從經(jīng)濟總量、就業(yè)狀況、內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)、勞動生產(chǎn)率、投資狀況幾個方面來分析我國現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀。 第4章是對我國現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展的區(qū)域差異比較分析。分別從現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展條件，現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展水平，現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)提供服務水平，現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境，現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)典型行業(yè)比較優(yōu)勢五個方面對我國現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)的發(fā)展進行區(qū)域差異比較研究。 第5章是對我國現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的主要問題及其影響因素進行分析。對現(xiàn)階段我國現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的總量低、增速慢；結(jié)構(gòu)不合理；區(qū)域發(fā)展不平衡等問題進行分析，并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析影響我國現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展的因素。 第6章是對策部分。在前述各章研究結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上，即對我國現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、區(qū)域差異、存在問題及制約因素等方面研究的基礎(chǔ)上，從兼顧整體和區(qū)域間協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的角度，提出合理調(diào)整現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展與其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的關(guān)系，完善公共財政體系并增加對服務業(yè)的財政投入，為現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)創(chuàng)造良好的市場發(fā)展環(huán)境，加快城市化進程等對策。 結(jié)論部分主要是通過對我國現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)的發(fā)展狀況，區(qū)域差異、存在問題及制約因素等方面的研究所得出結(jié)論進行概括性總結(jié)。 本文著眼于促進區(qū)域平衡發(fā)展，對我國現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)的發(fā)展展開研究，在全面詳盡的了解我國現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展狀況及存在的問題和影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上，既從我國現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)的整體發(fā)展又兼顧區(qū)域之間的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的角度提出促進我國現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)健康快速發(fā)展的對策。
[Abstract]:At the present stage, the development of modern service industry has become a great impetus for the economic development of all countries in the world. Since the concept of modern service industry was put forward in 1990s, the government began to attach importance to the development of modern service industry. Modern service industry has also become the focus of attention of the academic circle, and has obtained many research results. With the modern Chinese modern service industry, the modern service industry has made a lot of research results. The continuous development of service industry and the continuous deepening of related research have produced a lot of new problems which deserve our discussion. Because of the imbalance of the regional economic development in China, the study of regional differences becomes an indispensable aspect of the research on the development of modern service industry. The present situation of the development of modern service industry in our country has been quantitatively analyzed. Under the principles of science, objectivity and maneuverability, the comparative analysis of the regional differences in the development of modern service industry in China has been selected. The conclusion is mainly summarized through the research on the development of China's modern service industry, regional differences, existing problems and restrictive factors.
