【摘要】：將研究視角集中于服務(wù)業(yè),采用縱斷調(diào)研法,先后三次收集員工的正面心理資本、敬業(yè)度和工作績效的數(shù)據(jù)來檢驗三者的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:員工的正面心理資本顯著影響其敬業(yè)度和工作績效,敬業(yè)度與工作績效之間也呈現(xiàn)顯著的正相關(guān)關(guān)系。正面心理資本不僅對工作績效有直接增益作用,還會通過敬業(yè)度間接影響工作績效,進(jìn)而提出企業(yè)管理者可以從心理學(xué)的角度拓寬管理視野,開發(fā)并培育員工的正面心理資本,提高敬業(yè)度,激發(fā)團隊活力和向心力,促進(jìn)員工工作績效的提升,增強組織競爭優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:The research perspective is focused on the service industry, and the positive psychological capital, engagement and work performance of the employees are collected three times to test the relationship between them. The results showed that the positive psychological capital of employees significantly affected their engagement and job performance, and there was a significant positive correlation between engagement and job performance. Positive psychological capital not only has direct effect on job performance, but also indirectly affects work performance through engagement, and then puts forward that enterprise managers can broaden management vision from the perspective of psychology, and develop and cultivate positive psychological capital of employees. Improve engagement, stimulate team vitality and centripetal force, promote staff performance, enhance the organization's competitive advantage.
