【摘要】：服務(wù)模塊化作為一個(gè)新興問題,既是模塊化理論在研究焦點(diǎn)上的轉(zhuǎn)變,也是服務(wù)創(chuàng)新研究的新拓展。盡管服務(wù)模塊化研究至少可追溯至20年前,但研究觀點(diǎn)的大量呈現(xiàn)則是新近發(fā)生的現(xiàn)象。本文在文獻(xiàn)研究基礎(chǔ)上,首先從運(yùn)營和戰(zhàn)略方面對六條研究脈絡(luò)進(jìn)行了梳理,然后對服務(wù)模塊化的研究基準(zhǔn)(操作對象、理論空間和研究方法)進(jìn)行了分析,最后提出若干頗具潛力的未來研究方向。
[Abstract]:As a new issue, service modularization is not only the change of modularization theory in the research focus, but also the new development of service innovation research. Although research on service modularization dates back at least 20 years, a large number of research ideas are recent. On the basis of literature research, this paper firstly combs six research lines from the aspects of operation and strategy, and then analyzes the research benchmark of service modularization (operation object, theoretical space and research method). Finally, some potential future research directions are proposed.
