【摘要】：20世紀90年代以來,全球服務外包產業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,尤其是軟件外包產業(yè)的發(fā)展,使得其成為一些國家經濟發(fā)展的新增長點,比如印度的軟件外包產值已經超過GDP的6%。進入21世紀以來,隨著軟件外包的蓬勃發(fā)展,越來越多的中國企業(yè)加入到了這個行列,中國的軟件外包產業(yè)得到了快速增長,在軟件乃至信息產業(yè)中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。而且,中國軟件產業(yè)的集聚現(xiàn)象比較明顯,軟件園區(qū)是最主要的表現(xiàn)形式,如北京中關村軟件園區(qū)、大連軟件園區(qū)等。軟件園區(qū)在中國的發(fā)展越來越受到關注。本文正是以軟件外包和軟件產業(yè)集聚為研究對象,分析軟件外包通過何種路徑影響產業(yè)集聚,影響程度如何。本文共分為三大部分：第1、2章為第一部分,主要是對軟件外包和產業(yè)集聚的文獻研究、涵義、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行闡述,為后文研究軟件外包影響產業(yè)集聚的路徑做鋪墊,并且在這一部分建立了全文的研究框架,列出了創(chuàng)新點和不足之處；第3、4、5章為第二部分,分別從理論、實證和案例的角度分析軟件外包與軟件產業(yè)集聚的關系,文中將軟件外包影響產業(yè)集聚的路徑分為規(guī)模經濟、技術溢出和要素積累效應3個方面，，通過分析得出,各個路徑的影響程度不同,文中還以印度軟件外包和產業(yè)集聚情況為案例,分析了印度發(fā)展軟件外包對中國的啟示；笫6章為第三部分,在前文分析的基礎上,提出了促進軟件外包產業(yè)、合理利用產業(yè)集聚效應的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, the global service outsourcing industry rapid development, especially the development of software outsourcing industry in some countries has become a new growth point of economic development, since such as India's software outsourcing has exceeded GDP 6%. in twenty-first Century, with the rapid development of software outsourcing, more and more enterprises to join the ranks of China, China the software outsourcing industry has experienced rapid growth, is playing an increasingly important role in the whole software industry. Moreover, agglomeration China software industry is quite obvious, software park is one of the main forms, such as the Beijing Zhongguancun Software Park, Dalian software park and so on the development of China park more and more attention. This paper is based on the software outsourcing and software industry cluster as the research object, analysis of software outsourcing by what path to affect industrial agglomeration effect To what extent. This paper is divided into three parts: Chapter 1,2 is the first part, is mainly literature research, software outsourcing and industrial agglomeration on the meaning of the development situation in this paper, for the research of software outsourcing influence the industrial agglomeration to pave the way, and in this part established the research framework of this paper, list the innovation points and deficiencies; Chapter 3,4,5 into second parts, respectively from the theoretical, empirical and case analysis of the relationship between software outsourcing and software industry, the software outsourcing path of industrial agglomeration effect is divided into 3 aspects: scale economy, technology spillover effect and factor accumulation, through the analysis, the degree of influence of each the path is different, in addition to India software outsourcing industry agglomeration and case analysis, the revelation of India on the development of software outsourcing China; the 6 chapter is the third part, based on the analysis of the The policy suggestions are put forward to promote the software outsourcing industry and make rational use of the effect of industrial agglomeration.
