中國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易的經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)分析

【摘要】:隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,服務(wù)貿(mào)易在貿(mào)易中的比重不斷上升,服務(wù)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易也愈加明顯。本文首先從總體、行業(yè)、質(zhì)量、市場(chǎng)四個(gè)角度對(duì)我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易進(jìn)行分析,認(rèn)為雖然我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大、總體產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易特征顯著,但也存在服務(wù)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易行業(yè)失衡、質(zhì)量失衡、市場(chǎng)失衡等問(wèn)題,這些都在一定程度上阻礙了我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)的充分發(fā)揮。 其次,本文從理論和實(shí)證的角度分析了服務(wù)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易對(duì)我國(guó)國(guó)民福利、貿(mào)易增長(zhǎng)、貿(mào)易競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力以及經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)等的影響,認(rèn)為服務(wù)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易發(fā)展模式能夠有效增進(jìn)國(guó)民福利,直接促進(jìn)服務(wù)貿(mào)易的增長(zhǎng)以及間接帶動(dòng)貨物貿(mào)易的增長(zhǎng),并通過(guò)物質(zhì)和人力資本的積累促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng),但同時(shí)也發(fā)現(xiàn)服務(wù)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易對(duì)我國(guó)貿(mào)易競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升作用不理想,運(yùn)輸和其他現(xiàn)代服務(wù)的產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力效應(yīng)不夠明顯,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易的擴(kuò)張對(duì)其貿(mào)易競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有負(fù)作用,并且服務(wù)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的技術(shù)進(jìn)步中介效應(yīng)不顯著。 最后,,針對(duì)以上結(jié)論,為擴(kuò)大我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展,提升產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易質(zhì)量層次,提出了大力發(fā)展服務(wù)業(yè)、優(yōu)化服務(wù)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)、發(fā)揮規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢(shì)、發(fā)展差異化服務(wù)產(chǎn)品、完善行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和人才培養(yǎng)機(jī)制等對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of the world economy, the proportion of service trade in trade is increasing, and the intra-industry trade in service industry is becoming more and more obvious. It is believed that although the scale of intra-industry trade in service industry is expanding and the characteristics of intra-industry trade in China are remarkable, there are also some problems such as the imbalance of intra-industry trade in service industry, the imbalance of quality and market, etc. To a certain extent, these have hindered the full play of the economic effects of intra-industry trade in China's service industry. Secondly, this paper analyzes the influence of intra-industry trade in service industry on China's national welfare, trade growth, trade competitiveness and economic growth from both theoretical and empirical perspectives. The paper holds that the development model of intra-industry trade in service industry can effectively promote the national welfare, directly promote the growth of trade in services and indirectly promote the growth of trade in goods, and promote economic growth through the accumulation of material and human capital. But at the same time, it is also found that intra-industry trade in the service industry does not play an ideal role in promoting China's trade competitiveness, and that the effect of intra-industry trade competitiveness of transport and other modern services is not obvious enough. The expansion of intra-industry trade in tourism industry has a negative effect on its trade competitiveness, and the intermediary effect of technological progress of intra-industry trade on promoting economic growth is not significant. Finally, in view of the above conclusions, in order to expand the development of intra-industry trade in service industry and improve the quality of intra-industry trade, the paper puts forward to develop the service industry vigorously, optimize the intra-industry trade structure of service industry, and give play to the advantage of scale economy. Develop differentiated service products, improve industry standards and talent training mechanism and other countermeasures.
