【摘要】：健康產(chǎn)業(yè)綠色、健康、可持續(xù),是舉世矚目的朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè),被國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)界公認(rèn)為市場(chǎng)前景廣闊的“兆億級(jí)產(chǎn)業(yè)”和繼IT之后的“財(cái)富第五波”,也被聯(lián)合國(guó)工業(yè)規(guī)劃認(rèn)定為二十一世紀(jì)先進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)代表。隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平不斷提高,人們開(kāi)始對(duì)健康問(wèn)題投以廣泛關(guān)注,健康關(guān)注不僅限于看病就醫(yī)方面,同時(shí)對(duì)疾病的預(yù)防也越來(lái)越重視,與之相對(duì)應(yīng)的健康管理、營(yíng)養(yǎng)保健、健身休閑、旅游度假等產(chǎn)業(yè)也快速崛起,健康產(chǎn)業(yè)也迎來(lái)了快速發(fā)展的階段,成為許多地方帶動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。文登地處山東半島東部,環(huán)境優(yōu)美,氣候宜人,區(qū)位優(yōu)越、交通發(fā)達(dá),歷史悠久,文化燦爛,擁有發(fā)展健康產(chǎn)業(yè)的良好條件和產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ),是中國(guó)溫泉之都、中國(guó)長(zhǎng)壽之鄉(xiāng)、中國(guó)最美養(yǎng)生棲居地、國(guó)際濱海養(yǎng)生之都,發(fā)展健康產(chǎn)業(yè)有著得天獨(dú)厚的條件。本文在深入研究國(guó)內(nèi)外健康產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況的基礎(chǔ)上,全面分析了與健康產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展相關(guān)的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展理論、戰(zhàn)略管理理論和SWOT分析理論,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外健康產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了深入的研究。通過(guò)SWOT分析法,對(duì)文登發(fā)展健康產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)、威脅進(jìn)行了分析,通過(guò)分析發(fā)現(xiàn),文登發(fā)展健康產(chǎn)業(yè)有著得天獨(dú)厚的優(yōu)勢(shì)和條件,但也存在一些制約因素。針對(duì)分析發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合文登實(shí)際,本文在系統(tǒng)闡述了文登健康產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對(duì)策措施,分別對(duì)健康產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的思路、目標(biāo)、重點(diǎn)及保障措施進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)闡述,為文登健康產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展指明了方向。
[Abstract]:The health industry is green, healthy and sustainable. It is a sunrise industry that attracts worldwide attention. It is recognized by the international economic circles as the "megabyte industry" with broad market prospects and the "5th wave of wealth" after IT. United Nations Industrial Planning is also recognized as the representative of advanced industries in 21th century. With the continuous improvement of the level of social and economic development, people began to pay extensive attention to health issues, health care is not limited to medical treatment. At the same time, more and more attention has been paid to the prevention of diseases. The corresponding industries such as health management, nutrition and health care, fitness and leisure, tourism and vacation have also risen rapidly, and the health industry has ushered in a stage of rapid development. Wendeng is located in the eastern part of Shandong Peninsula, with beautiful environment, pleasant climate, superior location, developed transportation, long history and splendid culture. Has the good condition and the industrial foundation to develop the health industry, is the Chinese hot spring capital, the Chinese longevity hometown, China's most beautiful living place, the international littoral health city. The development of health industry has unique conditions. Based on the in-depth study of the development of health industry at home and abroad, this paper comprehensively analyzes the theory of industrial development related to the development of health industry. Strategic management theory and SWOT analysis theory, and the domestic and foreign health industry development experience in-depth study. Through SWOT analysis, the development of health industry Wendeng strengths, weaknesses, opportunities. Through the analysis of the threats, it is found that Wenten has unique advantages and conditions for the development of health industry, but there are also some restrictive factors. In view of the problems found in the analysis, Wenten combines the reality of Wenten. In this paper, the countermeasures and measures for the development of Wenden health industry are systematically expounded, and the ideas, objectives, emphases and safeguard measures for the development of health industry are expounded respectively, which points out the direction for the development of Wenten health industry.
