口譯員的角色—BCM城市公司會(huì)見(jiàn)廣東省房地產(chǎn)協(xié)會(huì)口譯報(bào)告

口譯的本質(zhì)是一種交際,譯員作為橋梁,幫助雙方或多方傳遞信息。交際得以完成,除了歸功于口譯員的文化知識(shí)和語(yǔ)言技能外,還因?yàn)榭谧g員扮演了恰當(dāng)?shù)慕巧。歷史上,口譯員的角色主要有三種描述:助手、傳聲筒、文化調(diào)解者。近年來(lái),口譯理論家和研究者的文章發(fā)現(xiàn),口譯員有必要且有能力為應(yīng)對(duì)不同的情況而扮演不同的角色。本篇報(bào)告以筆者作為口譯員參與的一次商務(wù)會(huì)議為基礎(chǔ),列舉了口譯過(guò)程中一些或?qū)⒔档蜏贤ㄐ实那闆r,并分析了口譯員的應(yīng)對(duì)方法。概括而言,口譯員的表現(xiàn)體現(xiàn)了三種角色:文本重組者、守門(mén)人和話輪管理者。通過(guò)本次翻譯任務(wù),作者更加深入地認(rèn)識(shí)到了譯員角色的可變性?谧g員不是機(jī)械的信息傳遞者,而是交際的參與者,應(yīng)當(dāng)有意識(shí)地把握交際形勢(shì)的變化,并相應(yīng)地扮演不同的角色。
