【摘要】：隨著我國"去庫存"政策的實施,房地產行業(yè)贏來了新的發(fā)展機遇。人們對投資性房地產的購置熱情持續(xù)高漲,但有些投資者對投資性房地產的財務風險認識不足,帶來高度的風險性和不確定性。本文從投資性房地產的經濟特征入手,探究財務風險控制管理的方法措施,以供參考。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the policy of "de-inventory" in China, the real estate industry has won new development opportunities. People's enthusiasm for the purchase of investment real estate continues to rise, but some investors lack of understanding of the financial risk of investment real estate, resulting in a high degree of risk and uncertainty. Starting with the economic characteristics of investment real estate, this paper probes into the methods and measures of financial risk control and management for reference.
