格調(diào)春天地產(chǎn)項目質(zhì)量改進對策研究

【摘要】:自從我國改革開放以來房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)一直處在高速的發(fā)展過程中,我國城市住房制度的改革,國民經(jīng)濟以及人口的增長,,農(nóng)村人口大量的融入城市,這些都大力的推動和促進了房地產(chǎn)的飛速發(fā)展。他的飛速發(fā)展又促進了國民經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展。但是由于房產(chǎn)項目具有投資大,使用及建設(shè)周期長的特點。因此房產(chǎn)的質(zhì)量好壞很大程度上也影響了人民的生活,也困擾著房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的良性發(fā)展。由于房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)隨著社會的發(fā)展飛速壯大,其各種質(zhì)量問題和發(fā)展瓶頸也越來越明顯,為社會廣大人民群眾所詬病。重視房地產(chǎn)的質(zhì)量不僅有利于房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)樹立自己的良好口碑和品牌優(yōu)勢,同時也有利于社會的穩(wěn)定和人民生活水平的提高。研究房地產(chǎn)項目的質(zhì)量管理問題,并提出相應(yīng)的改進措施對于促進房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康和穩(wěn)定發(fā)展有著非常重要的實際意義。 一個房地產(chǎn)項目的質(zhì)量好壞與房地產(chǎn)商有著非常密切的聯(lián)系,因此想提高房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,必須找出開發(fā)建設(shè)過程中存在的問題,提升和加強房地產(chǎn)項目的質(zhì)量管理意識,促進房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康和穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。引導房地產(chǎn)商建設(shè)出質(zhì)量過硬、品質(zhì)可靠地地產(chǎn)項目,用以刺激消費者的購買欲望及消費決策,建立客戶忠誠度,用以提高市場競爭力。 本研究結(jié)合泰達建設(shè)集團所開發(fā)的格調(diào)春天項目,對該項目質(zhì)量問題展開研究,找到這個住宅小區(qū)的典型質(zhì)量問題,通過對于該問題產(chǎn)生原因的分析,提出針對性的改善方法,以供其他房地產(chǎn)項目參考。

Guide real estate developers to build quality and reliable real estate projects in order to stimulate consumers' purchase desire and consumption decision, establish customer loyalty, and improve market competitiveness. This research combines with the style spring project developed by Teda Construction Group, studies the quality problem of the project, finds out the typical quality problem of the residential district, and puts forward the corresponding improvement methods through the analysis of the causes of the problem.
