新經(jīng)濟環(huán)境下中小企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)變革研究

【摘要】:自上世紀九十年代以來,人類社會進入了信息技術(shù)革命帶動的、以高新科技產(chǎn)業(yè)為龍頭的新經(jīng)濟時代,使得市場化程度提高,企業(yè)跟企業(yè)間協(xié)作越來越緊密,整個市場環(huán)境變化日趨復(fù)雜,快速。這種以知識經(jīng)濟、虛擬經(jīng)濟和網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟為基礎(chǔ)的新經(jīng)濟浪潮給我國中小企業(yè)的生存環(huán)境帶來重大的沖擊,給企業(yè)組織帶來巨大的壓力。企業(yè)自身來說,管理制度不完善,,企業(yè)運行效率低,競爭能力差,企業(yè)資源分配不均,人員和發(fā)展等問題也日益突出,而這些問題,我們都能夠從組織結(jié)構(gòu)方面找到一定的緣由。為了有效應(yīng)對這種壓力,企業(yè)需要突破自身結(jié)構(gòu)的束縛。對落后的企業(yè)組織結(jié)進行變革,將成為企業(yè)能否在新經(jīng)濟環(huán)境下取得生存和發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。因此,在新經(jīng)濟環(huán)境下研究企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)變革是很有必要的。 本文首先介紹了組織結(jié)構(gòu)變革的研究背景和意義,國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。其次,介紹了新經(jīng)濟環(huán)境對企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)的沖擊與影響,詳細描述了組織結(jié)構(gòu)的相關(guān)理論。再次,對我國中小企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)的問題和改革建議做了具體闡述,闡述了企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)變革的大致程序。最后本文以一家民營房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)為對象運用模糊綜合評價法對該公司公司的組織結(jié)構(gòu)變革效果進行分析,完成變革效果評價,對該公司的再發(fā)展起到了一定的作用。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, the human society has entered a new economic era driven by the information technology revolution and led by high-tech industries, which has made the degree of marketization more and more market-oriented, and the cooperation between enterprises and enterprises has become closer and closer. The whole market environment changes day by day complex, fast. This new economic tide, which is based on knowledge economy, virtual economy and network economy, has brought great impact to the survival environment of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, and brought great pressure to the organization of enterprises. For the enterprises themselves, the problems of imperfect management system, low operational efficiency, poor competitiveness, uneven distribution of enterprise resources, personnel and development are becoming increasingly prominent. We can all find a certain reason from the organizational structure. In order to effectively deal with this kind of pressure, enterprises need to break through the shackles of their own structure. The reform of backward enterprises will be the key to the survival and development of enterprises in the new economic environment. Therefore, in the new economic environment, it is necessary to study the organizational structure change of enterprises. This paper first introduces the research background and significance of organizational structure change, research status at home and abroad. Secondly, the impact of the new economic environment on the organizational structure of enterprises is introduced, and the relevant theories of organizational structure are described in detail. Thirdly, the problems and reform suggestions in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country are expounded in detail, and the general procedure of the organizational structure reform of enterprises is expounded. Finally, this paper takes a private real estate enterprise as the object to use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the effect of the organizational structure change of the company, complete the evaluation of the change effect, and play a certain role in the re-development of the company.
