【摘要】：正過(guò)去一年,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)整體向好態(tài)勢(shì)明顯,但下行壓力仍然較大,部分地區(qū)房地產(chǎn)泡沫明顯,金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增多,經(jīng)濟(jì)仍有不少矛盾和問題。對(duì)此,2016年12月召開的中央經(jīng)濟(jì)工作會(huì)議指出,經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行面臨的突出矛盾和問題,雖然有周期性、總量性因素,但根源是重大結(jié)構(gòu)性失衡,導(dǎo)致經(jīng)濟(jì)循環(huán)不暢。從經(jīng)濟(jì)循環(huán)這一新視域出發(fā),系統(tǒng)認(rèn)識(shí)和把握中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的大邏輯,是認(rèn)識(shí)論和方法論上的重大創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:Over the past year, China's economy as a whole has shown a positive trend, but the downward pressure is still high, with real estate bubbles and financial risks increasing in some regions, and there are still many contradictions and problems in the economy. In response to this, the Central Economic work Conference held in December 2016 pointed out that the outstanding contradictions and problems faced by the economic operation have cyclical and gross factors, but the root causes are major structural imbalances, resulting in poor economic circulation. Starting from the new horizon of economic circulation, it is an important innovation in epistemology and methodology to systematically understand and grasp the great logic of China's economic operation.
