【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化建設的推進是我國經濟快速發(fā)展的表現(xiàn),而隨著城鎮(zhèn)化建設的快速發(fā)展面臨的一個重要問題是城市人口的增多;促進房地產市場繁榮發(fā)展的因素之一是城市人口的增加。城鎮(zhèn)化加速發(fā)展與房地產市場的發(fā)展有著一定的關聯(lián)性,使得城鎮(zhèn)化與房地產成為很多學者的研究項目。作為內蒙古的省會城市呼和浩特市的城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展有著他的獨特之處,從城鎮(zhèn)化造成的諸多社會變化中尤其是人口的變化對商品房市場中供給的作用,來討論城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展對內蒙古呼和浩特市房地產市場產生的影響,以期對其他一些中等城市的發(fā)展和房地產市場的繁榮起到一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization, an important problem is the increase of urban population, and one of the factors to promote the prosperity of real estate market is the increase of urban population. The rapid development of urbanization and the development of real estate market have certain relevance, which makes urbanization and real estate become the research projects of many scholars. As the capital city of Inner Mongolia, the urbanization of Hohhot has its unique features. From the many social changes caused by urbanization, especially the role of population changes in the supply of commercial housing market, To discuss the impact of urbanization on the real estate market in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, in order to play a certain reference role in the development of other medium cities and the prosperity of real estate market.
