【摘要】：隨著近幾年來我國經濟水平的不斷提升,我國房地產開發(fā)行業(yè)得到了蓬勃發(fā)展。我國房地產開發(fā)企業(yè)正向著一體化道路不斷邁進,而基于一體化運作的財務管理模式也成為房地產開發(fā)企業(yè)內部的主要管理形式。財務管理作為提升企業(yè)綜合市場競爭力的重要途徑,同時也真實反映出企業(yè)內部的管理水平以及綜合實力。綜上所述,本文將基于一體化運作的房地產開發(fā)企業(yè)財務管理模式展開簡單的分析,以期提升我國房地產開發(fā)企業(yè)的內部管理水平,并推動我國綜合經濟效益的發(fā)展進程。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's economy in recent years, the real estate development industry has been booming. China's real estate development enterprises are moving towards the road of integration, and the financial management mode based on integrated operation has become the main internal management form of real estate development enterprises. Financial management, as an important way to enhance the comprehensive market competitiveness of enterprises, also reflects the internal management level and comprehensive strength of enterprises. To sum up, this paper will carry out a simple analysis of the financial management model of the real estate development enterprises based on the integrated operation, in order to improve the internal management level of the real estate development enterprises in our country and promote the development process of the comprehensive economic benefits of our country.
