【摘要】：構(gòu)建住房相對(duì)剝奪感指標(biāo),評(píng)價(jià)中國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)居民家庭住房分配公平的狀況,并分析區(qū)域間住房分配公平程度的差異。結(jié)果表明從2008年至2013年,我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)家庭住房分配公平程度有所下降,東、西部地區(qū)住房分配公平程度的下降幅度較大,中部地區(qū)的住房分配較東、西部地區(qū)相對(duì)公平。政府應(yīng)進(jìn)一步做好住房保障工作,充分發(fā)揮住房公積金的作用,改善中低收入住房困難家庭的住房條件,促進(jìn)住房分配公平。
[Abstract]:This paper constructs the index of relative deprivation of housing, evaluates the situation of housing distribution fairness of urban residents in China, and analyzes the differences in the degree of equity of housing distribution among different regions. The results show that from 2008 to 2013, the degree of equity of housing distribution in urban households in China has declined, in the east and in the west, the extent of the equity of housing distribution in the west is larger, the housing distribution in the central region is more than that in the east, and that in the western region is relatively fair. The government should do a better job of housing security, give full play to the role of housing accumulation fund, improve the housing conditions of families with low and middle income housing difficulties, and promote the equity of housing distribution.
