【摘要】：當前我國農(nóng)業(yè)與農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟已經(jīng)進入了一個全新的歷史發(fā)展時期,傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)也開始向現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變。在這一轉(zhuǎn)變過程中,農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)揮著非常重要的“龍頭”作用。農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)的成長過程也是廣大農(nóng)民與農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟的成長過程,其成長情況依賴于各種復(fù)雜的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,企業(yè)成長性指標可以很好的衡量企業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展的能力。通過對企業(yè)成長性的考察與評價可以讓管理者更好地了解企業(yè)當前的運營和發(fā)展情況,并能根據(jù)評價結(jié)果對企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行適時調(diào)整；也能夠幫助投資者更清楚地了解企業(yè)未來的發(fā)展?jié)摿?為其投資行為提供一定的參考。因此,對公司成長性的研究具有現(xiàn)實意義。本文就在成長性相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上研究了湖南雪峰山農(nóng)業(yè)集團的成長性,并根據(jù)成長性研究結(jié)論給出了相應(yīng)的評價和建議。 本文首先回顧梳理了企業(yè)成長性方面的相關(guān)文獻與相關(guān)理論；然后,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對湖南雪峰山農(nóng)業(yè)集團成長歷程中的創(chuàng)業(yè)初期、業(yè)務(wù)整合發(fā)展期和綜合發(fā)展期三個階段的成長特點與發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行了詳細分析與介紹。其次,探討了湖南雪峰山農(nóng)業(yè)集團當前的兩個主要成長模式,即房地產(chǎn)與農(nóng)業(yè)項目發(fā)展模式以及農(nóng)業(yè)基地與倉儲物流一體化模式。最后,評價得出湖南雪峰山農(nóng)業(yè)集團的兩種成長模式能夠有效的適應(yīng)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境并能夠合理利用集團內(nèi)部資源形成規(guī)模優(yōu)勢,但是相對于國際上的一些大型農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)來說仍然有著一定的不足。文章結(jié)尾在技術(shù)、品牌建設(shè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)布局等方面給出了優(yōu)化湖南雪峰山農(nóng)業(yè)集團成長環(huán)境的對策建議。
[Abstract]:At present, China's agriculture and agricultural economy have entered a new historical development period, traditional agriculture has also begun to change to modern agriculture. In this process of transformation, agricultural enterprises play a very important role in "leading." The growth process of agricultural enterprises is also the growth process of farmers and agricultural economy, its growth situation depends on various complex internal and external environment, enterprise growth indicators can well measure the ability of sustainable development of enterprises. Through the investigation and evaluation of enterprise growth, managers can better understand the current operation and development of the enterprise, and can adjust the development strategy of the enterprise according to the evaluation results. It can also help investors to understand the future development potential of enterprises and provide some reference for their investment behavior. Therefore, the research on the growth of the company has practical significance. On the basis of the theory of growth, this paper studies the growth of Xuefengshan Agricultural Group in Hunan, and gives the corresponding evaluation and suggestions according to the conclusion of the research on growth. This paper first reviews the relevant literature and theories on the growth of enterprises, and then, on the basis of this, analyzes the initial stage of Hunan Xuefengshan Agricultural Group's growth process. The growth characteristics and development strategy of the three stages of business integration development and comprehensive development are analyzed and introduced in detail. Secondly, the paper discusses two main growth modes of Hunan Xuefengshan Agricultural Group, that is, the development model of real estate and agricultural projects, and the integration model of agricultural base and warehousing logistics. Finally, the evaluation shows that the two growth models of Hunan Xuefengshan Agricultural Group can effectively adapt to the internal and external environment and make rational use of the group's internal resources to form a scale advantage. However, compared with some large-scale agricultural enterprises in the world, there are still some shortcomings. At the end of this paper, the countermeasures and suggestions on optimizing the growing environment of Hunan Xuefengshan Agricultural Group are given in the aspects of technology, brand construction and industrial layout.
